Be Careful with Home&Oak. Something is seriously wrong here and the website and emails from “Kim” thanking me “for my support of her business”, are totally misleading. I responded to their ad on Instagram.
Beware that orders come direct from China and are very basic with minimal instructions. There seems to be no recourse and no way of making contact or tracking your order. All very disappointing.

Do not buy from this company. The quality is not what you see on the website and they do not honour returns.

I purchased an item on the 7th Dec to be delivered by latest yesterday and I have now been told it is coming from China and has not been shipped yet! The website is very misleading and appears to be a genuine, high quality retailer but it’s clearly just a front. Having read all the other negative reviews on here I have no confidence at all that the product will be as advertised, if it turns up at all. This site and company should be shut down as they are clearly conning people on a mass scale.

Like others I was taken in by Instagram and what looked like a bona fide website. Paid my money, nothing has arrived and emails have been ignored. Steer clear of Homenoak.

I ordered two balloon puppets on 7th December. Delivery is supposed to be 7/12 days but it's only just left China and there has been no update for two days. There's no way it's going to arrive before Christmas day. The name and look of the website makes it seem like it's in the UK. I'm worried now it's just a scam and will never arrive.

Placed my order on 2nd December, latest delivery date is 24-26 December and that's to the Post Office and that's an estimate!!!!!! Wouldn't have bothered if I'd known it was gonna take this long

Placed an order which didn't dispatch for 3/4 days and now taking ages to deliver. I had no idea the item would come from China it doesn't state this anywhere on their website. In fact the website makes it feel much more of a homegrown Europe based business. Still waiting for my order to arrive, with it sitting on a plane for days on end. Can't comment on quality however the current dealings with this shop I don't hold out my hope!

Looks like a U.K. company but Tracking details are for a Chinese courier. Also the tracking reference doesn’t work anyway- no idea if item has been sent or where it might be.
Wish I had read reviews first.

I ordered 2 games at the beginning of December.
It’s now 17th Dec and neither games have arrived.
I have emailed the company, but no response from them.
I have since found out that it’s a Chinese based Company.
That’s despite no mention of it being Chinese and having a very English title.
My advice would be, DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE.

I bought a toy, instagram advertisement does not match what I received.
In the end I got overpriced cheap toy which does not look like what was advertised to me.
When I complained that I do not like what I received and tried to get refund return I got into 3 weeks converstation by emails, still there now.
Do not buy anything from there quality is bad, customer service is bad.

Do not use this company, looks like a scam Website based in Netherlands, products from China. Been waiting 3 weeks for my order now, no response from company to my queries. Tracking requires you to sign up with some Chinese company and not prepared to risk that. Going to see if bank will refund as not worth trying to get one from homenoak.

I oredered what I thought was a UK made game from a small, independant UK business... How I was wrong! It's sent from China! Please beware! I got sucked in, as the website looks all cosy and British..... Luckily I paid with paypal and was refunded directly that I made a claim. Do your research before buying.... as I will in future.

The delivery date does not match the tracking field. hhaahha the tracker says its still in transit!!! I get a text to say a del was attempted. i was home and no follow up not even a call. A supposed 2nd attempt made i was outside waiting never saw the vehicle and recieve an email to say del attempted... I write to liase on del. I get no feedback. I wait the 7-12 days no order attempt del for a third attempt or contact or text nothing. I get no response from the email i sent asking for update and to liase on del. I make a complaint asking for a refund. I have heard nothing back. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS LOOKS LIKE AN ELABORATE SCAM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Check the returns policy as you have to pay for postage to China to return the item for any reason even if it is faulty. I thought i was making a purchase from a UK company with delivery in a few days. The item is from China, over 2 weeks later has still not arrived. E- mails to the company are ignored.

Charged £10 more than price advertised (over priced anyway) due to them not being able to fulfil Black Friday prices. Item is still advertised at Black Friday price now. Emails not answered and no way to cancel order. Have not received order yet. I too wish I had read reviews before ordering.

Ordered the product 13 days ago with no mention the product was from china and of any delay. Checking on tracker still in transit somewhere, and several days for delivery when lands uk, I cant comment on quality yet.
Lots of contact from them with other offers and hype on how good they are, however I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as would not have used them.

Appalling customer service. This company is just there to rip you off.
I mistakenly ordered two of the same item, partly down to the way their website was set up, making me think the first order hadn't been placed and offered a discount on the product. I realised immediately I had ordered two items. I contacted the company immediately to get my order corrected as advised by their website. Only to be told after 1hour it was too late and my order had been processed. 6 days later I get an email saying my order had just been processed and sent our for delivery. The items arrived and I have messaged the company numerous times asking for the return address, which is not on their website. FUNNY THAT. NO RESPONSE YET AFTER A FURTHER 6 DAYS.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Cute product(s) shown advertising on Facebook, leading to cute website. Other gullible buyers have testified that the goods are shipped from China with an inevitable delay; are of poor quality, and can even be bought from Amazon for half the price.
Clever Homenoak, you look nsound so nice but you are insincere in taking a person's money in a sly way.

Ordered on 05/12/24 … email today (12th) to say my item has been shipped and I’m on a 7 - 12 day delivery by, wait for it, a Chinese company! Brilliant - not once did my order say it was being shipped from overseas. It said Royal Mail … I would not have ordered from overseas … I need it by tomorrow so my only hope is to take this up with PayPal … pathetic.
