Really easy to submit details, and live chat was very helpful. Only issue was with the employer reference - it would've been helpful to know this was the cause for a delay earlier so we could chase this up.

Terrible service -1000/10
Terrible service. So many bugs and mistakes on the website. The process takes monthsss to complete. Second time having to use this terrible company and once again they've pissed me off.
