time I had all the gutters and fascia’s replaced. A very friendly service with everybody I had contact with.
Willis and Mike worked very hard and always cleared
up after themselves. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this Company again.

The workman arrived earlier than anticipated but the job also took less time that I was quoted. He was polite, efficient and left everything tidy.

Cladding renewal.
What I was getting was explained to me carefully.
The cost was very competitive.
On the day of installation, the technician was prompt, he worked extremely hard and was careful and tidy.
All materials were removed from site and I was left with a clean and tidy installation of my new cladding.

We are very pleased with the solar panels installation.
We are very pleased with the installation of the solar panels. The company kept to their installation schedules, from having the scaffolding team in to the materials being delivered. The installation team was very professional throughout. They were extremely considerate about noise levels on the day they wanted to work a little later, and promised to be finished by 6 pm, which they were. Again, the scaffolding team came in to remove it all, as agreed. In fact they rang to ask if they could come in a day early, which we were very happy to accommodate. Overall, a very friendly and professional installation.

Almost perfect
All staff encountered - sales, survey, fitters and after-sales - were friendly and helpful. The fitters were competent and efficient and the finished product looks good. The only gripe is that, despite the fitters' efforts, we have needed to tidy up detritus left around the work area - nails, screws, offcuts and old roofing felt.

Having Solar panels installed on a slate roof, I didn’t think was possible but HomeSmart reassured me it was and they did an excellent job. Windows Replaced
Our two large bay windows were replaced by a team of hard working Homesmart professionals who knew their job inside out; the replacement only took a few hours, everywhere was left spotless. The windows have made a huge difference [the old ones were exactly that] and we were very pleased with every aspect of the buying/ installation process.

This is the second piece of work by…
This is the second piece of work by this company I have had done on our house. The quality of the work appears to be fine (the flat roof is way out of reach for me so only time will tell). However the work is backed up by their Guarantee for ten years, which arrived exactly 14 days after the work was completed. I have never tested the Guarantee (and hope I never need to) so I cannot comment on the quality of this benefit.
The fitter was very quick, competent and tidy with the job done in under two days, waste collected 3 days after and scaffolding erected just before the work and removed immediately after. So impact on us and our neighbours was minimal.
