The preparatory visit was informative and helpful. The Patio sliding doors are really smooth in operation and give an excellent view of our garden. They also keep out the cold very effectively!

Fantastic installation
Fantastic new window installation throughout our bungalow, including two large bay windows. Carried out by Jorden and Steve. Their workmanship was first class, keeping the area clean and tidy as they progressed. We have no hesitation in recommending this company, and will certainly use them again. Definitely a 5 Star team.

New windows were installed at the arranged time.The work was carried out promptly and efficiently with a very pleasing end result of quality windows without inconvenience. The installers worked quickly and professionally in a tidy fashion. Would be glad to use them in the future.

Solar Panels: 5 star rating
I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating for The Solar Panel installation recently completed. Daniel ensured the wiring was hidden; the electrical work in the airing cupboard and the garage was exemplary. The team were courteous and considerate throughout.
And the panels themselves are beautifully placed with anti-pigeon netting around. Fantastic job.

Wouldn't do a visit and quote when only…
Wouldn't do a visit and quote when only one of the couple was at the house so cancelled the appointment. Shame as I wanted windows and to use a local company but so sounds like hard sell tactics to get the order there and then rather than do a quote and wait for other quotes to come in to be compared. Be warned.

As the service is free of charge, we do find it best and most practical to gain questions and receive input from each of all parties involved in the first instance, ensuring that the quotation we leave with you is accurate, and that it covers each of the points in need of attention, rather than it requiring a further visit to clarify such details on designs etc, as is often the case.
Please be assured through, that if it is more suitable for us to visit yourself only, this of course is absolutely fine, and we will be happy to leave you with an assessment with costs for the works required, which of course is without any obligation.
If you wish for me to arrange a visit at a convenient time for you, please get in touch and I will sort for you asap.

Patio laid with indian natural stone
Patio laid in record time and looks nice but the cleanup, after days of drying/hardening, took much scrubbing time to remove the cement on top/edges of slabs. Cement still showing in grouting. There is one slab that should have been laid turned 90 degrees in front of back door and another one 180 degrees for the water to drain after rain. The slab in front of backdoor leaves a puddle after the rain. And the last slab at end path into the garden has a very rusty colour and 2 attempts so far to clean failed. This one should not have been used/laid. Been discussed but its the way it is with natural stone.

All very efficient. Fitters were friendly and reliable. There was a problem with done roof tiles broken by the fitter but all deals with without any problem.

Replacement guttering.
We desperately needed the guttering replaced as it was no longer able to cope with the amount of rain in heavy downpours.
HomeSmart impressed us right from the start with their explanation of what was needed, how the job would be undertaken and the fact that we wouldn’t have to wait months for completion. The salesman listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and when we were told the price we were surprised it was so much less than we had anticipated.
The surveyor visited a few days later, then we were phoned with a start date and delivery date. We were phoned with the time the fitters were starting, and they arrived on time. They were friendly, accommodating and extremely neat and tidy workers. We have no hesitation in recommending HomeSmart.
