I use Homesnap 95% of the time when searching for homes for my clients, doing quick CMA’s, scheduling showings and agent lookup. I do think the platform needs to be more client friendly and when signing up clients via text/email have the agent info in it so clients don’t think it’s spam. Overall I love the App.

I have been using Homesnap ever since I first started as a real estate agent a few years ago and it has been such an invaluable tool. What I love most is being able to walk property lines while I'm out in the field and the in app communications with my clients and other agents. It helps keep me organized while I'm on the move (which is always). I highly recommend any agents that are not using Homesnap to join.. you will not be disappointed!

Have been trying to cancel my membership since August, not an active broker anymore. Sent numerous emails and voice mails. Very upset!

As a Realtor Homesnap is one of my most valuable tools! The app is super user friendly, and always updates extremely fast. It’s always my go too when I need to look up a listing fast, or to see what properties are available in a designated zip code. It features so many amazing tools right at your fingertips!

Horrific experience. Sales rep Brent Witthington was great up front, then disappeared when I needed help. Same but worse for account manager James Glenn. Support ignored my pleas for help. Everything they did was wrong and I cannot get it corrected. 30 minute call to customer support ended with "we will have someone contact you in 48 hours". I badly wanted this partnership to work. Now I just want to end it and get my money back. RUN the other direction,. This is a horrible company.

Great website that allows me to check out real estate values on the go, plus it gives a history of property right there without running an excessive search, which is super helpful. A good tool to have.

I cancelled my Homesbap account a few years ago and yet every year, they try and charge me a renewal fee. They hit me with $599 today. I spent 2 hours trying to get a live voice on the phone. Their customer service is the pits! You can’t get a live voice on the phone. All you get is the same annoying recording over and over! I ended up having to cancel my card to stop the charge. This was a huge inconvenience!

This app makes it easy for me to send client properties, look up properties and agents. Look up what properties have sold within the same area and at what price. I use it all of the time!

The agent that helped me resolved my problem promptly and was very pleasant on the phone.
