Terrible customer service. You hold forever and no one answers. I have an email verifying that I was supposed to get a $200 credit and they never processed it. Finally got through to someone that told me they would take care of it. Nothing. Now one month into the new year and no response. Will probably have to reverse my credit card, because they refuse to respond.

I had an issue with changing my phone number on the app. I called customer service and the agent who handled my situation was very professional and courteous, and he resolved my problem quickly! Thank you again!

Horrible customer service and leads. Have been trying to cancel my account since 12/11/21. I call almost daily and supposedly only 1 person can cancel my account and she will not respond back. Getting ugly and my patience is gone!

I am a homesnap user and somehow they charged me for a 599 subscription 2 years ago and never deleted it or credited it back to me after multiple calls and emails, and then after all that, they auto-renewed last year and I still have not received credits for either year. Customer service has never returned my emails. Homesnap is free with our NVAR dues!!!! The least they could do is return my emails.

This is the easiest application, helps me throughout my day . This app finds the home quickly for me, can do a CMA in 2 minutes, it can take a photo of any home and give you the specs on it .

Best software and best app out there for realtors.

Looking for homes is easy while using the app. It helps me service and help my clients better!

Unfortunately I’ve been calling & emailing for over a month and I cannot seem to get a single representative to respond to me. I stay on hold for hours and no responses to my emails. Homesnap manages my Google business account & there are plenty malfunctions. I would just love a rep to help me out, as I am a pro plus paying customer and their inefficiency is negatively impacting my business.

Agent buyer beware Homesnap is a so so app.I used it occasionally.They automatic renew even when you tell them it is offered as a benefit through my MLS. They are fighting me on a reimbursement. Its my own fault, I usually do not sign up for anything that has auto renew because the companies are not usually trust worthy. Got Me!

I was having a problem setting up my profile for the first time. After giving up I called. Brad helped me, and he was so patient and kind. I really appreciated him. Excellent customer service.

The service itself was adequate. Buyer beware - they will continue to draft your account even after you cancel. An unauthorized charge of $599 is a lot of money for most agents who are 100% commission. I read this in previous reviews before I purchased and chose to ignore. Next time, I will evaluate further before making the investment!

Never signed up for this and no where to unsubscribe. Stop being a pain in the A$$ with your junk e-mails.

I love this app. It allows me to share homes via text when my clients don’t use a computer. It has been very helpful.

I use this platform for any and almost all of my real estate needs. Easy to use and share with clients and customers.
