They are scammers taking advantage of real estate agents hard earned money and time. They promise to provide leads, but they're dead leads for which they'll charge for. Just like the fake high ratings on this platform, so are their leads. When attempting to cancel their service for nonperformance, they will make excuses to not honor it as they continue to charge your card every month for dead and fake leads. They are scammers!

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. Someone was able to place my credit card on file, and it has been charged repeatedly for over six months. Their customer service rep I was emailing with even ghosted me!! Despite this, HomeSnap refuses to remove the card from the account. This is ILLEGAL. I was told that only the account holder can remove the card, which is unacceptable and, quite frankly, unlawful considering the card isn't even in that person's name.

The customer service has been extremely unhelpful, and the company is continuing to charge my card without authorization—refusing both a refund and resolution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company has gone out of business and failed to cease automatic withdrawals. After a year of constant chat calls and emails they still will nit stop the fraulant activities.

I used them for a couple of years. I enjoyed the service for the most part and paid to use their pro service. However, when I did cancel it they stole my domain name (that I brought with me to use with their website) and claimed they provided the domain to me. I showed proof with a receipt through Google Domains that was purchased before I was signed up with them showing that I bought the domain prior to them. That got them to give me a code and told me all I have to do is use that code when registering the domain and that will unlock and release it to me. Nope. I have sent an email explaining the code did not work and they have not replied. Shady business. Nice until you leave. Which is a very unprofessional to do business.

I can’t see any homes without signing in…. Your loss

This platform as been a great tool for on the go business and a great search engine for my clients. This makes it very simple working directly with my clients when they are searching for home and communicating with me. When they favorite a property I can check that out at any time. I love being able to have a simple way to access the "Back office" pieces when on the go as well.

It's been about 5 years now that I've been using Homesnap, and it's been a wonderful experience! I use it to review the listing details before visiting the property with my new homebuyers. This app has allowed me to create highly successful customer engagement. Additionally, their Pro+ variant appeared in the top positions of Google Search. They have a strong online presence and excellent SEO! I wish their monthly fee was less expensive.

I recently subscripted to the Homesnap Agent Pro platform. The setup process was extremely smooth which gave me confidence in my investment. The support staff has been in constant contact to ensure I am getting the most and best use of the product. They also provide detailed guidance and support to help with any issues. I was looking over my credit card charges, and all of a sudden I see a charge for $599 from HomeSnap. I've never used it, don't really know much about it (although they send me marketing information). It seems like a scam to me, and I will be challenging the charge.

I would leave “0” stars if it let me. Homesnap is dishonest and poorly managed. They tricked me into a non canceling subscription, and are not even able to provide the services they advertise. Never use them it’s a waste of your money.
