They are to get a hold of by phone ! I was on hold for 13 minutes when the robot came on to say that there is a “ company wide “ meeting and to call again later . Really ? Why not say that at the beginning of the call ?

Experience with Homesnap was extremely poor, mainly due to poor communication.
Example: After giving a poor review, I receive an email thanking me for the POSITIVE REVIEW!

Homesnap is the best real estate app out there for agents. It’s especially user friendly for your clients and it allows you to connect and talk to your clients about any property right away. Speed is especially important in today’s market.I recommend Homesnap to all of my real estate colleagues.

I have called and emailed them about a HUGE charge out of my account. Finally a rep named Peter contacted me and said he could refund the money. I said I would like that. I have no refund and he isn’t returned my emails. No one is. My calls keep going nowhere. “Company wide meeting”. The money was taken from my bank account and I need it back.

I find home snap to be the easiest way to send and review homes on my phone. I love inviting my clients to use it as well. They get accurate info about the homes before requesting a showing.

I love using Homesnap for so many reasons! It's the best app for finding homes that you're searching for and gives the best directions for searching homes that are close by and it's easy for me to invite clients or prospective clients to use the app and let me track their searches. The daily updates as to what's going on in the market are also very helpful. From an advertising standpoint they are great to partner with and boost the exposure of any listings I have. Total 5-star experience!
