Amazing customer service! Will recommend homesnap to other agents.

Update- shortly after my review I was given a full credit.

I signed up to check out the service and didn't think it was worth it. This year there was an auto renewal that I am currently trying to cancel. I have called twice and went to voicemail so I followed up with an email twice with no response so far. Will just dispute it with the credit card.

Ever since I started using HomeSnap pro it’s been awesome. They follow up with all prospective buyers and send you complete information on all interested parties. Great investment.

I signed up for homesnap last year and quite frankly NEVER used it or found it useful. Come June 15, 2021 of this year I am balancing my checkbooks and reviewing my CC info only to find a charge from June 11 for $599. NEVER received a notice from Homesnap about being billed and never received a receipt...if I hadn't taken the time to review my account I may never have noticed it. VERY unprofessional. When I emailed about canceling I received a "generic" email back within two minutes giving me a case number. No word so I tried calling...one big Cluster**** trying to get someone, anyone to answer their "customer service" line. UPDATE: FINALLY got thru to Homesnap and got the bill reduced by $400 but told the guy flat out I better get an email notice on any further billings.

I use Homesnap all of the time. They give me great information when I need it on real estate. I would recommend to any agent.

I love Homesnap & tell all our new agents to make sure to consider upgrading to the AgentPro option. This site is not just another search engine copycatting Zillow - you're able to brand w/ their website option, increase your SEO with their simple step by step process (which is so worth the annual price of $100)! I get called daily from web marketing folks trying to charge $250 a month for the same service Homesnap provides. Aside from this, Homesnap can also be utilized for farming but if this is what you're looking for, you'll get as much out of it that you put into it. Still need to do the research. Still need to make the calls & visit "most likely to list" properties (determined by A.I.) but you have Homesnap as a tool to make this all the more easier.
