Homesnap is my go to app for information about properties. It's user friendly, easy to understand and has tons of useful information.

Homesnap is my go-to app when I'm on the road and clients have specific questions about a home while showing to clients. I like that it pulls up comparable listings in the building and neighborhood to include current active, contingent, and sold which helps me speak better to the market and value of the home. One critical data point missing is the HOA/condo fee.

The app is easy to navigate and provides most info you can get from the MLS.
