I was interested in the heel socks women iconic but was super unsure about the size. Normally I wear 38 or 39, but the size chart proposed 37.
so I contacted the customer support and they helped me a lot. All my questions have been answered and I received great support .
In the meantime, I received my shoes (size 37) and I am so in love !!! They are absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! The leather is so soft and really feels like a second skin. The quality and workmanship is super good! I can only recommend those lovely shoes! THANK YOU for my new favorite pair of shoes !!!!

Really disappointed with the fit of the shoes
