They were very straightforward throughout the sales process, explaining everything clearly and taking the time to show me the car in detail. They also gave me plenty of time on the test drive so I could really get a feel for the vehicle before making my decision. On top of that, they helped me arrange insurance, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Felt as though I was truly being looked after
Honest cars seem to only list vehicles that fit a certain criteria. Good cars to begin with that have also been checked so any issued get fixed beforehand. This, plus the fact that the cars come with 6 months AA warranty, is truly a combination that gives you complete reassurance and peace of mind with your purchase.
I have been driving my new car with a sense of completion that I’ve honestly never had, and if I had to give a cause, it would be the way Honest Cars operate.
This has helped me trust them, and actually makes me wonder to come back to them, when I look to upgrade in a year or 2. I personally have also already begun sharing with friends and family, to make sure those I care about are being looked after too.

After losing my previous car through a total loss claim, I was struggling to find the right replacement locally and was understandably cautious about buying another vehicle. I came across Honest Cars through their consistently genuine reviews and decided to give their pre order sourcing service a try, despite being based in Bristol and purchasing entirely as a distance sale.
From the very beginning, Ally, Liz and Rohith were professional, transparent and incredibly easy to deal with. Rather than pushing whatever stock they had available, they actually listened to what I needed and sourced a Nissan Qashqai that matched my requirements perfectly. They found me a low mileage automatic example with just 1 previous owner, full main dealer service history and in a rare individual colour that really stood out from the rest on the market.
The whole process was smooth, straightforward and stress free throughout. Communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly and the car was exactly as described when it arrived. Just bought my first car from these guys and I couldn’t be happier! The whole process was smooth sailing and after being let down and messed around by other garages. Honest cars is somewhere I would highly recommend. They are what they say! Honest! Despite a few things with the car that needed doing, they happily took the time and care to have the car fixed and performing to a high quality. Which is something I haven’t experienced previously! They are also very welcoming and friendly and we had a right laugh on many occasions. Communication has been excellent on every step of the way and I’m so happy with the car. My honest review to purchasing an…
My honest review to purchasing an imported Japanese prius hybrid. Was wary for quite some time in regards to an imported vehicle as many car dealers/sellers do tamper with the odometer. Spoke to Rohith (owner) he answered all my questions and queries and put my mind at ease. Traveled to leicester to view the car, took it for a test drive. The vehicle was exactly how he said it was. Paid the deposit and got the car delivered the next day to my home address. After finalising the paper work and the remaining amount. Both parts are happy. Until I leave my house for work and notice a chip on the front windscreen. I phone up and explain the problem. I was put at ease and was told they will call me shortly after checking the cctv. Got a call back confirming the chip was there from day one. They had not noticed it and I certainly didn't. Mistake on both sides. Ally ( owner) picked my car up from my address got the windscreen replaced for a new one and dropped the car back off to me. The service provided by these guys is quality/professional from start to finish.
Would happily recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle.
These guys live up to their name HONEST!

I asked them to do a video call so I could see the car, but I had trouble with my phone. As an elderly person, they were very understanding of my situation. Since I was within a 50-mile radius, they kindly brought the car to my home and also offered me the option to reject it if I didn’t like it.
When they arrived and showed me the car, I was very pleased because it was exactly as described in the advert, so I ended up buying the car straight away.
I must say you can trust these guys completely. They clearly take great care of their cars and their customers.

HONEST CARS IS A REAL HONEST PEOPLE
On Wednesday evening, 11/03/2026, I downloaded the Carguru app. While searching there, I found a car that I really liked. Without even knowing who the seller was, I sent several requests.
Within minutes, I received a call from Mr. Rohith Varma from Honest Cars. He spoke to me in detail about the car and patiently explained everything.
Normally, I am not someone who easily trusts people. But somehow, I felt a sense of honesty in the way he spoke. So I told him that I would call back and speak again the next day.
Later we spoke again, and finally the deal was confirmed.
While the car was on the way for delivery, he himself informed me that a small dashboard indicator light had appeared. He told me that the issue would be fixed before handing over the car, which really made me happy.
Even though we had never met before, he kept calling and following up regularly. Later, he had a mechanic thoroughly check the car for a full day and then delivered it to me on 14/03/26 Saturday at 3:30 pm .The car had only done 44,217 miles.
After driving it, even though I already own a 2018 Hybrid Auris, I felt that this 2008 model car was also very good. On top of that, they provided a 6-month warranty and assured me that any complaint would be taken care of.
His honesty and sincerity truly impressed me. These are qualities that are rare to find in people today.
It is very rare to see such honesty and openness these days. So I would like to express my special thanks to the Honest Cars team, Mr. Rohith Varma, and Muhammad Ali.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good service and a trustworthy approach.

Amazing experience right from the start! Some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. There was never any pressure to buy. My car has just been delivered and the little jobs that were promised have been done. Honest by name Honest by nature. I will 100% recommend!
