They were not mean when they told me that they were gonna cancel my ambassador mission, I did every thing that they have asked of me. But all in all I had waited a year to join Hooks & Needles I am glad that i did. Each little box is a surprise

THEY HAVE LEFT HANDED TUTORIALS YALL
It was absolutely amazing I received everything and more. Genuinely I am so happy. I actually was stalking them for year till one day I said yeah let's do it. I regret not doing it sooner. I swear y'all need to get on this TODAY RIGHT NOW. PLEASE LISTEN. They are amazing as staff and people. I am so serious right now. They also have tutorial for left handed people OMG AMAZING Y'ALL.

Needed advice on different patterns
I reached out to H&N for advice on using yarn that came with a subscription, as I wanted to do a different project and a few options (patterns) were suggested. They were very timely. I also thought I was to receive add’l yarn in this specific order, but was informed that was not the case, perhaps I read an old e-mail. They were able to look into the details as well. In the end the customer service was great and a solution to my concerns were addressed.

I am new to this subscription and just received my first box. I was shocked how quickly it came. Loved the yarn and informative booklet. It came with everything you could need. I did have some additional questions and could not believe how quickly I received a response. The customer service has been incredible. Almost immediate responses with concise information to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend and cannot wait for my next box to come!

Amazing quality products in my kit! It was my first time knitting in the round, combining colors and making a hat, and the instructions made it SO easy, my hat came out great! Also, customer service is friendly, helpful, and the response is FAST! I can't wait for my next kit to arrive🥰

My box arrived missing one of the items - it does happen in life. I contacted company and same day replaced item in its way. Rarely have I seen a slip up in paging handle so fast and with such courtesy. I will definitely be ordering from them again after such prompt courtesy and solutions,

Great subscription.......I'm hoping
I started the subscription box due to The Underground Crafter. I'm on my 3rd month.
The first 2 boxes arrived promptly the first of their month(May and June). Ive enjoyed the patterns with included yarn, surprise gift (great stich markers and a row counter ring). Patterns easy to read and the videos are a great help when stuck. I'm 57 yrs and started crocheting Last Year! This subscription has greatly improved my crocheting.
Now as far as July Box. It is July 28. I have Not received my box. Tracking shows it is stuck in the postal system I emailed Hooks, They we're very fast in answering back with in the hour. They have kindly asked me to wait. I kindly said I would but hold my next box (Shipping has normally been the 7th of the month, i receive usually on the 12th).
I will update......
