Excellent service from horizon

Excellent service from horizon, they kept me well informed regarding my bike order via NHS cycle scheme. The bike was assembled by them and delivered via there delivery service fully built and in excellent condition. I am very happy with my ado ultra.

Excellent service

Ordered 2 electric bikes through Horizon an Engwe 3 boost and the ADO air pro both ordered and collected made up within 2 weeks. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and explained all workings of the bikes to us. Highly recommend and very appreciated of excellent service all round.

Excellent knowledge and advice

Excellent knowledge and advice, helpful guidance and great to be able to try the bikes out before making such a substantial purchase. Communication during the order process could have been a little better (there was a long wait from the manufacturer) but in general great to work with them and much appreciated - very happy with my bike!

Totally bad experience for Cycle2Work scheme

I approached Horizon Micromobility to purchase a bike through Cycle2Work Halfords scheme. After several emails and communication exchange with the Customer Services, I got a quote for a bike and additional safety equipment (revised 4 times to get it right). I specifically asked the company whether the bike was available and they confirmed twice through email that the bike would be available early September and I should submit the quote to secure a bike as soon as they are in stock. I applied submitting the quote end of August, waived the waiting period, and once the order was confirmed by all parties, the Customer Service of Horizon Micromobility told me the bike is out of stock and will be available in November!!!! This is such an unprofessional retailer! I trusted them because of the high reviews but they totally don't worth it! They just lie to you to get your money!

Hi Fani - we're sorry you feel the need to leave a poor review 🙁, especially after we explained exactly the situation with you earlier today. So that other customers reading this know the full situation, most of what Fani says is correct, apart from the fact that we lie, a flick through our reviews would indicate otherwise. As mentioned by Fani the bike requested was not available until last week, the bike came into stock and has now sold out again - this happens, especially this summer thanks to the weather. We didn't receive your cycle voucher until Friday and as soon as it was processed we were informed that the bike was out of stock again. We then informed you of when the stock was due in and if you wished to go ahead with the order or if you wanted us to cancel it. We in no way tricked you into placing the order as there is no benefit to us in either an upset customer or in receiving an order from the Halfords scheme due to the high commission fees that they charge and them not paying dealers for 6 weeks. Just because you think this is the case doesn't make it true.
