The service at Horizon Micromobility is exceptional. Matt and he's team provides brilliant series from the day I've purchased my ebike.
The Fiido bike itself is a nightmare, way below my expectation, but that has nothing to do with the shop, however problem solving is spot on!
If you ever thinking of buying an ebike I highly recommend this shop!!

Ordered the ado air 20s electric bike and was very impressed fast delivery its well made good quality with a smooth ride absolutely recommend to anyone wanting an electric bike.

Wanted to buy a particular pannier bag as a birthday present. Didn’t want to order online without checking if it was immediately available for dispatch. Phoned on a Monday morning, had a clear, helpful and concise conversation with a member of staff telling me all I needed to know.
Ordered online and it was delivered the following day.

I purchased an e-bike through the cyclescheme. Horizon was very responsive and clear in the communications. The bike was with me within one week from the start of the process. Very impressed and love the bike!

Matt and company were great from start to finish .They were helpful.with sorting my purchase through cycle scheme and ordering .. Communication could have been a little better regarding delivery .But the delivery team from the couriers were excellent from James in the office to the guy on the van .The only small thing that let Matt and his team down was the building of my bike .They fitted folding part of the handlebars incorrectly they folded the wrong way ..Easy fix for me though and an easy mistake to make ..

Good experience from start to finish on purchase and delivery. Really excellent product so I’m hoping I won’t need to test the repair process.

I bought my Heybike through the my work cycle scheme. The process was so easy and once I had my certificate I used the Horizon Mobility website to purchase my bike. It was really straightforward and the staff were incredibly helpful when I rang about the delivery. Delivery guy was great too. The bike came fully assembled which I highly recommend. It's my first e-bike and, living in hilly West Wales, it's a real gamechanger!

Once the order for my Heybike went in, it was all systems go and the bike was processed quickly and efficiently. There was a problem with the paintwork that Matt pointed out, but it was one I could live with especially as a shop voucher was added to my deal with him. On arriving back home I did find the brakes spongy, but determined to learn bike diy repairs, I turned to YTube and with its help and a £14 kit found online and 15mins tweaking I now have incredibly sharp brakes.

Bike did not arrive on day planned due to system error but once notified the service was excellent
