Danny Fonseca assisted me and he is absolutely the best! I was confused about next steps for making a transfer but he swooped in and saved the day. He answered all my questions, took the reins and made the process smooth. He gave me his email and followed up with me, provided statuses to make sure everything was setup and complete. As a newbie having someone to hold my hand and explain the process thoroughly gave me comfort that I am working with professionals who can support me and my business endeavors.

I had an emergency prior to the Labor Day holiday; my tenants water was turned off and the State would not turn the water back on prior to receiving funds. Horizon understood the severity of the situation and worked with me to ensure the funds were received the following day. Everyone was very understanding and my Tenants water was turned on prior to the Holiday weekend. Fantastic customer service.

The costumer service was avaliable, helpful and supportive from start to finish.
