I called at the end of the day. My call was answered by Ben (I've spoken with Ben before) and he was as cheerful and helpful as if I was his first caller of the day. He was helpful and knowledgeable; my problem was solved. Thank you once again.

I’be worked directly with Amber for a while, and my experience with her has been amazing. So much so that I’ve referred friends and colleagues to her, which is the ultimate compliment. Her knowledge and professionalism shine in everything she does. She’s a great partner.

Paperwork Problems:

I had problems with a document that needed to be signed... and Horizon Trust came through for me. I talked to 3 different people over a two day period. Each were cheerful and spot on in helping me get the paperwork in correctly. I've been with Horizon Trust for over a year, and the their excellent and cheerful service has been consistent.

Robert was great! He was able to walk me through the process and was genuinely nice. I really appreciated his customer service which is rare these days.

I had a great learning and informative session with Ben Luu. He walked me through on my laptop and iPhone, the new Portal. When we arrived to the Portal, he walked me through every option, and answered all my questions regarding my IRA account. He had patience, and was very pleasant. I am extremely pleased from all the knowledge.

Niki handled my call like a true professional. She was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and did so with a kind and pleasant demeanor. She is a model of how customer service should be performed and I wish all of my interactions with any customer service could be with people with her same attention and caring to do the job right. I also appreciate that she was easily heard and annunciated her words for easy understanding. Please reward her and allow her to show and teach others how customer service should be done. The issue (IT issue) I called Customer Service for was unable to be resolved; but the reason for attempting log in was. The specialist professionally and efficiently was able to settle my need for the attempted log in.

I wouldn’t say all the company employees are doing a great job. I have called several different ones and have not got any responses. I have emailed, left voice messages and even text no response. But Valerie called right back and went right to work on the problem she is a breath of fresh air.

Withdrawing money was a breeze! One email to Amber and we received our funds with 48 hours. Highly recommend Amber and Horizon!
