Dana was so easy to talk to and went above and beyond to help me figure out how to get my funds transferred. She pleasantly worked with multiple parties and continuously followed up to meet my goals and make things as easy as possible for me while on vacation. Highly recommend working with her and the team.

My experience overall has been great. Brandi was helpful with the account application. Dana especially helpful with the transfer of funds and further clarifying the multiple questions I had. Their guidance and information made me feel confident in opening a SDIRA with Horizon Trust.

Had an issue setting up my portal I contacted Horizon and talked to Ben. Ben was very professional and walked me step by step through the process of setting up my access.

I contacted Horizon and immediately got a live person on the phone. Amber has been excellent to communicate with and prompt with follow-up. I have a really good feeling about my transaction!

We have just switched to Horizon and so far, so good. Amber has made the trasition seamless and easy.

I worked with Dana and Jessy to set up and fund my new account. They were both nice, patient, and knowledgeable in their areas. Thanks for the persistence and dedication of the team at Horizon who worked with me for over a year before I was ready to move my TSP account over with them. Mercie made the transfer simple and followed up every step of the way!

Spoke with Ben twice today regarding an investment opportunity that I was trying to figure out financing for. He helped me to work thru a strategy to rollover funds from another IRA custodian and from a pension cashout without triggering a taxable liability. He also helped me to complete the transfer form while being patient and resourceful.

Tatyana has been extremely helpful in getting my account set up for transfer and completing my requests. She assisted me above the scope of work expected of her and was knowledgeable about the process. She educated me along the way and made sure my questions were answered.

What makes Horizon great is its employees. I had a great experience and hope to continue having many more. Especially working with Mercie Davis who showed tremendous patience, integrity, and willingness never to give up working with one of my recent issues getting my rollover from Vanguard. Thank you, Ben for walking me through how to complete a W9 for my checkbook LLC. It was definitely more complicated than I thought! I was just calling to confirm the address but as we went line by line, it turns out everything I assumed was incorrect, particularly whose TIN# to use and who will be signing it (major)! Thank you for being patient as I completed the W9 and the Authorization to Take Action form - especially since I was working on my computer, iPad, and iPhone! Your patience was very appreciated in waiting for me to try on different devices to make it work properly. You were also extremely helpful with my several questions on next steps.
