Ordered for my 10 yr old birthday they…

Ordered for my 10 yr old birthday they changed delivery date about a week after I ordered it and blamed Covid!! So she didn’t get it on time like 2 weeks after!! However riding helmet is of good quality.

5 stars for Horze

Super happy with my order. The order came faster then expected. The costumer service is friendly and replys in within a few hours. And the homepage is the best one i came across so far.

Really shocked my purchase arrived on…

Really shocked my purchase arrived on 7th February, as ordered on 24th January, I thought this was an Irish company with next day delivery - not 2 weeks!
Gorgeous product though

Ok. Irish domain but not an Irish company so the cheapest delivery option was within the range advised but took about a week.The invoice didn’t have a returns docket even though footwear item so presumably would have been a bit of palaver involving a printer if the item was a bad fit
