I am pleased to give a 5-star rating for the outstanding expertise and exceptional customer service experience.

I've been using this provider for a few years now for fortunately non-critical stuff. My VPS suddenly stopped functioning and a few days later an empty one was provisioned. Conveniently all logs in the console prior to this new VPS being created have disappeared. I have not been notified of this incident and as I don't use this VPS often, I only some time later. After raising support incident and doing a few back and forth I got a reply, that there was an incident where they lost a bunch of VPSs but that they handled it well because they quickly provisioned new ones. And they tried to upsell me for some backup service I am supposed to trust. I would advise from using this provider for mission critical stuff, where data loss is a problem as their ability to handle situations is seriously lacking.

Since 2021, we have relied on two VPSs from this provider. Unexpectedly, both servers ceased functioning two days ago. Our attempts to understand the issue through their support team have been met with vague responses and a lack of technical explanations. The offer of a new server, while ignoring the critical issue of data recovery, is insufficient. The data hosted on our servers is invaluable to us. Given this experience, we are compelled to advise against using this provider.
