I have used these chaps for about a year now, and their response times and knowledge of their services is really excellent. The most recent time I needed to contact them was around adding in a temporary server just for a few days - they were so helpful and quick to respond. Just what I wish so many other companies would do (take note, AWS!!!)

We are really sorry you faced issue with payments in our hosting products.
Have in mind that we do accept EUR/USD amounts via Card Payments, Paypal, Crypto, Bank Transfer.
I found your account but did not find as of why you weren't able to pay would you mind sending us the reason at billing@hostingb2b.com ?
Also we do offer 24/7 Support via livechat/Telegram/WhatsApp and ticketing, why you did not use any of our official support channels?
I believe it's a bit unfair putting a 1 star rating because something did not work and without you communicating and give us the chance to fix it for you fast.
