The first tap leaked. I was told how to fix it bearing in mind it is still in warranty but the tap I had had different tap value. A replacement tap was sent which is a 7 hose one which will burn you if you use the boiling water then put your hands under the tap and run say cold to wash your hands so not overly impressed by the possibility of being burned

Thank you to all the guys at hot water taps. I can highly recommend this company, I had a small issue with my hot water tank, after one phone call my issue was corrected immediately. I can’t express what a brilliant company to deal with. PLEASE if you’re looking for at hot water tap use these guys, more company’s need to take a leaf out of there book on customer service.

I called on Monday to say that I had a leaking hose and the lady I spoke to dealt with the request really well and said a replacement hose would be sent out in the post free of charge. The hose came on Wednesday and the issue is now resolved. Great customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Replied to all my questions via email quickly. Tap appears good quality and works well. No issues with pressure or flow. Easy to fit. Only issue I had was I needed 15mm X 1/2inch Male Iron Flat Faced adapter to fit the cold water T piece. Non branded item. Yes I would buy from them again. Thanks

My purchase arrived quickly and exceedingly well packed. I was then delighted with the quality of the tap because I'd been a little apprehensive about the bargain price. The videos on the website are an excellent touch and inspire confidence. Nonetheless, I decided to get my usual plumber in to do the job and he was also startled by the quality/price. I'm now delighted to have instant hot water on tap!

Quick delivery and tap appears to be good quality. Easy to fit if you have the right connectors for the mains pipes to start with.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
through no fault of HotWaterTaps, I had to install 3 boiler units until I got one to work. The problem was due to my unusually high water pressure.
After each failed installation I contacted HotWaterTaps to tell them that the boiler had failed (imediatley leaked from the bottom when trying to run hot water) and each time they were very apologetic and helpful and offered to send me out a new unit with next day free delivery.
The tap itself is lovely and the customer service has been absolutely excellent. I heartily recommend HotWaterTaps.
