Resposta da House of Thobes
Hi Ashley! We are pleased to hear you liked the quality of your order! We hope to see you shop with us again in the future! Thank you :)
Good delivery but expensive items for what they were
Delivery time was as stated but the keffiyehs ordered were quite thin.
One of the scarves had threads coming out after 1 hour of wear.
Expensive for what we paid for...item can be bought elsewhere for less.

Resposta da House of Thobes
Hi Alia, thank you for your review and valued feedback. Keffiyehs are generally thin especially ones that are made out of polyester. We do have some that are made out of pure cotton which are abit thicker. Some loose threads is a normal characteristic of the manufacturing process which can easily be removed in the first instance, however if this is a recurring issue within a shemagh, it is something we can look into for you. The price you paid for the shemagh (£9.99) is quite reasonable considering the increase in prices we are seeing due to a lack of supply and the recent increase in demand of Shemaghs. As a small business we try to ensure our pricing is fair and competitive. We thank you for shopping with us and we very much hope you can give us a further opportunity to exceed your expectations. JazakAllah khayr
