Technician Dexter was professional, on time and provided useful maintenance tips. Would recommend!

£185 service done in less than 20mins! Filters not changed even though this was included in the quote. Notified the company and after some discussion and me expressing my dissatisfaction they have rebooked another service with filter change for me. I will pay close attention to the work carried out when the engineer returns.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish and beyond. I had an old MVHR unit which was noisy and old and HRV were fantastic in responding to my query, suggesting a better alternative, which is incomparably better and quieter. Larry, the engineer, was superb during installation and even afterwards when I had a follow-up query, when he called me back quickly. Everyone at HRV has been just brilliant. Thank you and much recommended.

We booked an annual service for our MVHR. Dexter was friendly professional and efficient.

I recently had my MVHR system serviced and had a great experience. The booking process was easy and the engineer arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable.

The service was carried out professionally and thoroughly. He also took the time to explain how to use the system efficiently and get the most out of it. Before leaving, he recommended when the next service should be and highlighted a couple of things that may need attention in the future.

Overall, a very professional service and I would happily recommend them.

Dexter was very thorough in servicing our Ventaxia system. He patiently explained everything to us - and cleaned up after himself! And very pleasant to deal with.
The company didn’t supply him with the right size of replacement filters -not his fault - so he’s getting them posted to us and showed us exactly how to replace them ourselves.

Ali was excellent, so helpful and knowledgeable. I have been living with a horrid noise and after his service, this has completely stopped and it’s now running smoothly. Thank you Ali for such good work.

Installed ventilation system, more powerful than required driving up costs
Most importantly, our ventilation system did not properly work after the expensive repair forcing us to start yet again the painful process of rebooking for assistance
