The annual service of my Heat Recovery System went like clockwork. Larry turned up early which I appreciated and conducted the service thoroughly and promptly. I will use them again every time.

Fantastic service, very knowledgeable engineer called Daniel. Friendly and offered advice.

HRV took time and care to ensure our Vent-Axia Sentinel MVHR is in good shape. Despite changing the filters ourselves between services, it still gets surprisingly grubby inside. Daniel from HRV made sure it was all clean and wholesome. He also cleaned all the outlets and checked the flow rates.

We’ve had Jack service our system for the past 3/4 years now and he’s always a delight to chat to, giving us tips on how to keep our system in good condition. Super friendly service! So glad I had my ven̈t system serviced by HRV. It was easy to book and the engineer was efficient and took the time to answer my questions. I can already notice an improvement in the air in my flat.

Have used HRV Group for several years to service my MHRV unit. Very easy to book, schedule a slot and the engineers are always professional, on time and very helpful. Would recommend.

Good service and quick appointment arrangments.

For any repairs related to Vent-Axia products, I would encourage you to steer clear of this company. Instead approach the manufacturer directly for repairs/replacements.

HRV quoted us £139 on their website (albeit we got the model number incorrect) for a service + inspection. When the engineer arrived, he realised that not only our motor but also our PCB board would need changing. The new quotation sky rocketed to £890 and we didn't get any servicing done. HRV reluctantly returned £50 back claiming VAT can't be refunded and were quite rude over the phone.

Vent-Axia did the whole job at £450 including servicing and 1 years guarantee.

Avoid this company - only looking to make a quick buck of honest customers
