Fathers Day gift for Grandson
I have tried numerous times to get someone to contact me about my order and still no call! All I want is for someone to please read my emails that I sent to customer service and return my call! Bad quality, poorly wrapped for shipping and I’m not happy! Would not recommend to anyone!

I ordered a custom hat for my husband…
I ordered a custom hat for my husband for father's day and it was delivered flat and crinkled up. I couldn't even give it to him and I also ordered a custom phone case and still have not received it. I contacted custom service and nothing had been done. NOTHING!!!

I like the personalized cap. It made it just in time for Father's Day. The only thing I prefer next time put the cap in safer package to keep it from bending or smashing

I was very unhappy with service…
I was very unhappy with service provided! I with my 3 grandsons ordered a cap for my husband, their Papa! I placed the order May 27th with the understanding that the item would be here by Father's day! That did not happen! When it finally arrived, much to the distress of me and my grandsons it was very poor quality! I will never spend money with this company again!

well i misprinted my father in laws name, Richard i spelled Rchard. now i know its my fault but proof reading is very important. i felt like a fool when i got it. if proof read which it wasnt. an email couldve been sent stating was rchard richard and i wouldve said yes.

Cheap Chinese Junk
Cheap Chinese Junk! Poor Quality hat I ever say! Feels like paper. Poor Workmanship! My grandchildrens names cannot be read in some cases because they are so small and faded. I would not have given $2.50 for this junk. Asking Congress for a law that states manufactures have to state where they are located. People are being cheated and China is reaping the profit.

Very disappointed
Make their products out of better material. The hat I got was basically trash and had strings coming out of it. And they also only gave me $10 back when I asked for a refund. I will not purchase from them ever again very very disappointed.

Better shipping box
I liked the print, but the front of the hat was very hard and did to the bag shipment it received a pretty good crease along the top. And have not been able to remove it completely even after a cold water wash and light tumble. The print is very nice, my son Loved it.

I thought the hat would be made of a more hat type material. the design was nice but the hat felt like hardened paper.sounded crispy.

Package arrived empty
Package arrived empty. Just a bag. Numerous emails and keep getting generic responses with no resolution . My dad didn’t get his hat for Father’s Day and I’m out $35. Terrible communication and customer service !

Not a U.S. company!
Nowhere on the website did it state that it came from China. I thought I was supporting a United States company. Because it came from a foreign country, It couldn’t be tracked well and it went to the very last minute to be delivered on time.
Also, for the price, I would’ve expected a better quality product.
