I received my hat and it was a crumpled up mess. I thought ok I can overcome this, so when I opened it up it had someone else’s name on it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! You would think that a $40 hat would be what you ordered, higher quality, and not wadded up in a bag

Wrong product sent, refund extremely slow
Wrong hat arrived which I saw other reviews mention but took a chance and ended up with what I didn’t order, I should have listened to the other experiences. The refund process has been extremely slow. I have been trying to get my money back for almost 2 weeks. Very frustrating and disappointing. Would never shop here again.

Although I was hoping to have the hat by Father's Day, it arrived a week later. That was okay! My husband ABSOLUTELY LOVES his Papa hat! He's been showing it off for all to see!
