Whilst I can't comment on the scooter as it hasn't arrived an absolute 5 stars for Ric. So helpful, took his time to explain, provided videos and answered all questions thoroughly. Looking forward to it arriving

I was extremely impressed with Julian Moore. He was so very helpful, addressing all of my questions which gave me confidence as I am a first time user of a mobility scooter. The practical scooter test confirmed Julian’s assertion that the scooter was very easy to use and I felt very confident that I would be safe on my travels. I now have my freedom back!!

Everything fine apart from the back rest which is most uncomfortable

Sober arrived on time and gave a thorough explanation and description of the product we needed, after we gave a full description of what was needed. He was always personable, friendly and supportive. He could have done no more.

LORNA, she was amazing. She explained everything. She made a hard decision become easy. There was no thing as a stupid question. Neil had the opportunity to try a few of the scooters. More importantly, Lorna encouraged Neil to choose the one that suited his needs and what was best for lifting in and out of the car not what she thought was best. I Made My First Journey Today Down To My Local Public House From Fairwater To Canton Cardiff ( approx 5 miles ) And It Was A Very Smooth And Quiet Journey So On That Experience I Would Recommend HUMFREES To Anyone Who Needs A Scooter Whether It Be One For The Road Or One Just For Short Journeys ( EXCELLENT ).

Great customer service, I didn't feel pressed to buy and even though I qualified for financing to get the most expensive scooter witch I liked, Mark explained how the a cheaper model fitted my needs better so why waste the extra money.

The guy was very professional he answered all our questions the scooter is nice and light. I will recommend to other people

Had a lovely visit with sales consultant Ron. He was knowledgeable, informative and patient (with my inquisitive 2 year old). He guided me to the most compatible product to meet my individual needs and while encountering some technical issues worked hard to resolve them to complete our meeting.
It was a pleasure to meet Ron, and I look forward to speaking further with the lovely service team who I had liaised with prior to his visit to make the arrangements.

My husband was really pleased with his new scooter from Humpfree such good value, a really nice looking scooter he hopes to have many happy memories,s riding it,Jimmy was such a lovely friendly person explained every thing to my husband.

Sober was wonderful. He explained the difference between the scooters and what I might find most useful. He showed me the “Connect” , how it works, how to take it apart and put it back together and how to get it in and out of the boot of my car boot safely. He was very easy to talk to and very helpful. My appointment with Ric went very well today. He was a very pleasant , profesional young man . He gave me clear instructions and a demonstration on the mobility scooter . I was very interested in the light weight mobility scooter .
