Cancelled my order when I realised to my horror they are importing poor quality rubbish from China, SO my unwanted order takes WEEKS to ship over, but they REFUSE to cancel it, sending anonymous, vacuous emails, no-one answers the phone, hiding behind fake-polite robotic customer care nonsense and making out its impossible to cancel an order once placed, when any reputable company would immediately refund. Wrong goods received , multiple emails negotiating return with offers of small amounts of cash , eventually advising that unwanted goods would have to be returned to China and that refund would only be given if trainers arrive in the perfect condition. Seems unlikely to happen unless I pay a lot to post using recorded delivery! Complete waste of money.

I wish I had read reviews on this business before ordering. I was fooled by the co.uk website and promises of an easy 30 day return policy. My snow boots arrived weeks after the holiday they were bought for. When I tried to return them it turns out I must cover the cost of the return and the return address is in Wuhan, China. They have offered me £11 to keep the items. Oh dear. Just a warning to other customers. (Product was ok but lightweight- they’ve clearly made their mark up on the £11!)

Terrible quality shoe and they were…
Terrible quality shoe and they were massive. Couldn't get a refund, was only offered 12 refund and keep the poor quality trainers or return trainers (I would have to pay delivery charge to return) I would get money towards new trainers and would have to pay delivery Again!
The trainer quality is genuinely terrible and the sizing is well off.
I will say they have responded by email within 2-3days of emailing but I havnt seen the refund as of yet and the phone number didn't go through.

Shoes arrived and did not fit despite labelling saying the were a size 38. Too tight to get on. Impossible to get a return label and refund. I was offered £10, then £14 then sold I needed to pay to send them back to China. This company is totally dishonest. Do not trust them.

Complete scam
Complete scam! Please avoid at all costs. I was scammed by them and received shoes that were unweable, very small fitting and flimsy, poor quality. They totally refused to refund me, trying to make me spend some more money and they would send a replacement pair. I refused but they kept on trying. It was a disaster. Please could someone spread the words so others won't have to go through hell with them like me and so many others.

Borderline SCAM.
Borderline SCAM.Slow delivery, sizing too large, proved nigh on impossible to return. Hummto initially asked for photos of the the items & the packaging , then £10 refund to keep the shoes, or a correct size for free, with only the postage to pay + 45% discount on future purchases. They then offered 13% discount, which gradually increased each time I declined, whilst also offering a return address in the United States. I stuck it out until the offer matched the purchase price -excluding postage. It took over a month in total so stick at it. I am also in the process of reporting to trading standard & my credit card provider.

If only I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. The website convincingly makes out that it is UK based, with lots of 'positive reviews' (presumably these are false!) but I was taken in sufficiently that I didn't check Trustpilot before ordering, which I normally do. These are very substandard shoes coming from China. Poor quality, really poor fit. I have emailed requesting a return, but now having read all of these reviews on Trustpilot I am not expecting to get my money back. Chalked this one up to experience!

I tried to process a return as their return policy stated to be told they had to ship the slippers from China as the UK warehouse was being renovated. They started to try and convince me to keep the items and have a discount of next purchase a sting of emails later where I stood my ground and said I want to return them and have my refund. Offers new pair at £4.99 shipping my cost + 45% of next order. REFUSED

Well at last I'm not so upset that I couldn't award 0 stars - Humtto's response to this post means I'm quite happy to give them the 1 ...
Long Story - it should have been so much easier! I got a £25 'goodwill' refund on 1 May (almost 3 months after original purchase of £78). By this time I was unable to return objects as I gave them to a charity shop - so I guess I got more back than I expected. At least Humtto eventually responded to my Trustpilot report if not my initial complaint. They say they had emailed but I've no evidence of that and it's odd that they responded to other Trustpilot reports at the same time (17 April).
I said I'd honour the refund by editing this - so I've updated with an honest account from my point of view ... Given my experience and clearly that of others, I really can't recommend purchasing from their website.
PLEASE someone - remove Humtto's website. I bought slippers and trainers. The slippers (large size) came with 'free' socks (less than size 6) I couldn't even get over my toes. The trainers sold as orthopaedic were substandard, less support than old style plimsolls. The returns telephone number is 'not recognised' and three emails to return goods have gone unanswered. I wish there was some way more obvious to warn future customers before they get scammed.

Before submitting my report I had tried to contact you both by email and telephone using the contact details provided on your website. As indicated, the ‘phone number was unrecognised, despite being the one shown on your contact page still today!
The order reference numbers that may identify my previous attempts to contact you and which went unanswered thus rendering return of items in February impossible are #6**9 and #6**7.
For YOUR reference your ‘full returns policy’ failed me - as it seems to have done to numerous other customers who have posted your service on Trustpilot. I cannot now return the items as you never replied to my messages (see below):

Your response via the Trustpilot email has come two months too late. The slippers I bought are falling apart; I’ve only found out how substandard they are by using them ( the inner lining is coming away). The trainers and socks my wife ordered were donated to a charity shop, along with the tiny socks that you supplied as a free gifted alongside my large-sized slippers. I cannot therefore return these, so suspect that I won’t hear anything more from you with regard to repayment or compensation.
I do however believe that the two orders I place and paid for, £33.98 and £48.97, resulted in your company dishonestly taking a total of £82.95 from me and that morally you should pay me back. Until you do so… my post on Trustpilot stands.
