I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered ! This is shockingly bad. The 30 day trial and return policy is a scam as is the rest of the website. Yes the shoes arrived but now the full refund is impossible and going back to the website it appears a lot of it (maybe most of it) is disingenuous even fraudulent or AI generated . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I should have read the reviews. This is NOT a UK company as advertised. The sizing is totally wrong, avoid buying from this site as you will be as disappointed as myself and the others who have taken the time to leave a note here.

Wish I'd read the negative reviews. They were right! Shoes took ages to arrive and really cheap and nasty quality. Much too small, but no returns note included. Reading the other reviews, trying to return them and get a refund is a nightmare as they do not come from the UK as claimed, but from Wuhan in China, so a total scam AVOID this company at all costs! Shame on you Hummto! 👹 Have you heard of 'karma'?

Terrible, ordered orthopaedic sandals expecting that they would be from shipped from the UK, they arrived 2 weeks after ordering from China. I paid £50 for 2 pairs and I have now found the same sandals are on sale from Shein for £9 .00 each!!

I asked to return but have been told that their uk site is closed therefore I need to return to China at my cost and offered £15 refund to keep. Due to the cost to return and the fact that if I return I’m not convinced I will receive a refund I have accepted this

Do not buy from this company, I wish I’d done my homework, lesson learned!!

It is a scam please do not waste your time and money! No customer service either!

THE WEBSITE STATED THIS WAS A UK COMPANY.

THE ALLEGED ORTHOPAEDIC SANDALS WERE COMPLETE RUBBISH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS WRITTEN TO SAY THEIR WAREHOUSE IN THE UK IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS SO I HAVE TO RETURN THE SANDALS AT MY OWN COST TO SOME INCOMPREHENSIBLE ADDRESS IN - YES YOU'VE GUESSED IT - CHINA !

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ALLEGED UK COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM

The shoes were too narrow and poor quality. They did not come from the UK as the website implied they came from China. I tried to return them for a full refund and and failed. I had several emails offering me different deals all keep the shoes and have a small refund nowhere near the amount paid. My only other option was to return them to China at my cost, expensive and difficult with all the necessary paperwork. In the end I accepted a refund of under half price as I had enough of the comings and goings and basically getting nowhere. I would not consider ever using them again.

AVOID. I ordered some shoes from there a few weeks back now and when they arrived they were too small and I didn’t like the style on me. I contacted customer services and they said I could return the pair and get a different size or I could get a refund of £8 and keep the shoes. When I explained to them I wanted a full refund I have been ignored ever since. I have sent multiple emails now asking for them to reply to me and still nothing. That’s money I will never get back. They are probably waiting until after the 30 day return period do they don’t have to do anything. They are packaged back up just sat there.

I can only agree with all that other people have said - how I wished I had read a review first! Poor quality,not for wide feet, have been offered an £8.00 refund and then give the shoes to a friend - would not wish them on anybody.
It's an absolute scam and I have only myself to blame for believing all that nonsense about being based in Cannock to supply shoes chosen for British life. Where else would shoes come from at the price??!! So they are making at least £20.00 on each transaction.
Did there not used to be a Trading Standards Organisation to report these misleading traders to?

Just read through even more reviews of people who bought from these rubbish company.
I opened a case with PayPal, seller told me to close it to get a goodwill gesture of £50. If I did it would be paid out. I didn't PayPal favour with them, unbelievable. Of course no refund for me . Crap avoid at all cost!!!

Avoid at all costs ,you think from the website they are uk based but the goods come from China ,I’m sure no one would want to keep the cheap crap as I don’t but you have to return to,China ,full refund should be available from where they were ordered on uk. Wish I had read these reviews although if they had stated they were from China I wouldn’t have ordered ,Beware avoid at all cost

Scam. Poor quality from China despite apparent UK address. Return requires you to pay the return postage to China. If they will even refund it, who knows. Avoid.

It is a shame you can't give zero stars. I ordered some 'orthopedic' shoes. They took a long time to arrive and when they did were extremely poor quality. Customer Services are appalling. They made an excuse that the UK depot was closed and had to be shipped from China which meant I would need to pay shipping fees. They offered a partial refund to keep the shoes but they are poor quality and don't even fit. The communication is atrocious. I hardly ever write reviews but if this helps to prevent someone else being ripped off then it will have served its purpose. Avoid at all costs. And yes, it really is this bad.

Poor quality shoes, looking nothing like illustration on their web-site.Too small,the only positive was a pair. if. socks supplied with the shoes that. I assume were used to pad them out. Do not use.The web-site is very well presented but the shoes are of poor quality.

My shoes were not orthopaedic and they were not wide fit as advertised. Very poor quality and totally falsely advertised. When I tried to return them, they said that the UK warehouse was closed and I must send them to China at my own expense contrary to their refund policy. Total scam

My goodness I wish I’d read the reviews. What a load of rubbish are the shoes I ordered, really, really bad quality, not wide fit and very small size 7.
Definitely going to have to bite the bullet and suffer the loss of my payment as after reading other reviews, it’s not worth the hassle of returning.
