Needed to return 2 pairs of shoes so I emailed them and they offered a discount off next order
Email again and they offered £15 off next order
Emailed again and said their uk warehouse was out of commission so I would have to return to china at my own expense
Emailed a 4th time and they were gonna refund me £16 and I had to return them to china ( I paid £54 for these shoes)

These are really dodgy people AVOID

Do not buy from Humtto, they send you poor quality items, and even though their terms and conditions say that you are able to return within 30 days, they are in breach of their own terms by not responding, and only offering you a discount to keep their rubbish products. AVOID!!

Yes I too have been caught out with Humtto shoes. I ordered orthopedic trainers for my Daughter as she has issues with foot pain. On receiving the shoes it was obvious they are total trash. The thin insole in the shoe was nothing like the thick supportive one in the photo. I have emailed them 3 times now asking for a refund. First I'm offered 30% discount on anything across the range, which I refused. Then 40% + £6. Which I've refused. My 3rd email I have screenshot their refund policy and shipping info and argued my point. That 1 the shoes are not as pictured and of poor quality. 2 they are not from UK but from China and not stated on website. 3 according to their refund policy if you are not happy with the quality and email them, they are to offer a full refund and pay shipping too. I've not received a reply and I'm not holding my breath for one. I will be taking this to Trading Standards.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dodgy business, it's a Chinese company masquerading as a UK - based supplier of Humtto footwear when in fact the shoes are shipped from China and are poor quality imitations with no Humtto logo. I've tried to get a refund but there's no reply.

Having read and re-read Humtto's T&C's a couple of times before ordering as I had never heard of them and had been unable to find reviews good or bad, and with the assurance that items would be returned to a UK address, at that time free of charge, I went ahead and ordered two pairs of slippers. They took longer than expected for a UK based company, but at that stage I wasn't unduly concerned. The items that arrived were cheap, poorly made and a strange fit. I followed their instructions and emailed them the same day to request a return. I received a reply saying that as their warehouse in UK was incomplete that I would now have to return them to the US or China at my expense. They went onto say that as this would be very expensive, if I agreed to keep them they would give me a discount. They actually state on their website that they do abide by UK law (which I very much doubt) but that items must not be returned to the UK address on their site. I have told them that I want to return them, at my expense, to a UK address for a full refund but they now refuse to respond. So I am taking legal advice, and have discovered that this is a very common scam. In fact within a few days of receiving the items there was a piece on tv about a similar scam but this time items have to be returned to Australia! AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you are happy to lose money on unusable rubbish.
