I am a big fan of Hurley clothing but...
I am a big fan of Hurley clothing because of their fit, the material they use, the style, colours and patterns. I think they have all the product elements to become a great brand. However, like all growing businesses, their business process management such as shipping, ecommerce and customer support is severely falling behind or isn't managed at all to keep up with scalability and demand, which will only hurt their branding efforts, shooting themselves on the foot.
I placed a large order over a month ago from Canada. After over 3 weeks, my order was still not shipped. When I contacted them, they only mentioned they are having "trouble" shipping internationally and didn't provide a date in which they expected to ship. They didn't notify me, but rather I had to reach out to them. After another week, I asked for a refund. Although I received most of it back, they still have yet to provide my full refund; and did not provide any reasons why a partial refund was provided.
If a business isn't ready to do business, don't do business unless you want to shoot yourself on the foot. Also, if a business doesn't fulfill their end of the obligation, then provide a full refund to the customer...it's not rocket science. Really crap business process management...unreal.
Terrible support
Terrible support. I bought six pair of shorts last year that were Hurley. Eleven of the buttons came off the back pockets after normal use, the plastic center broke not the thread. I wrote Hurley about buy new buttons and they basically said too bad we can't help you. I'll never buy Hurley products again.

Bei Retoure müssen Versandkosten und zzgl. Bearbeitungskosten getragen werden. Satte 11,95 EUR insgesamt. Habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt, bestelle auch bei anderen Brands in der EU.
Placed an online order for four items
Placed an online order for four items. It took two weeks to finally deliver due to a shipping delay. When it was finally shipped, the order was returned to Hurley two weeks earlier since they did not have the correct paperwork with the shipment.
When contacted they provided a refund only and could not re send the original items paid for
Stay away if want timely order and they cannot deliver a simple package or have resend functionality.

Hurley makes cheap gear that are not made to last but just to sell. They get damaged after a few washes and don't offer you what you need.
Terrible to deal with
Purchased a jumper online as a Christmas gift. As soon as I opened the package I noticed an obvious stain on the front. How they didn't see this when packing is beyond me! Returning this has been a nightmare!! I sent this straight back and they said they needed to 'assess it'. Its been weeks since i notified them of the issue. Now I'm without the jumper, a replacement or even a response! They take days or longer to reply to you and have disconnected phone access due to 'increase call volumes'. The email reply I eventually received advise me to 'be patient'. This has my blood boiling. They have ignored my question about sending a replacement by Christmas. I have sincd requested a refund and had no response. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Ashamed to say prior that I was buying their clothes for years. Wish I'd read reviews first!!!

My daughter just gave birth at Hurley this past week and her experience with the some of the nurses was horrific no bed side manner , didn’t get much information on her before and after care.one of her sisters was leaving her room and overheard a couple of nurses talking about another patient baby that hadn’t been fed yet but in a manner as if it was gossip but not concern to help that patient out . When my other grand kids was born at Hurley in the Nic unit it was a awesome experience . Point being most of those nurses need to be retrained on the there bed side manner it’s not just about the medical part it’s also about caring for the patient as if it was there own family . So needless to say I used boast about Hurley prenatal care but I’m not seeing that in the future sad to say . This review is not to say don’t go to Hurley cause I Will myself still go but come on nurses rethink ur bedside manner!!

Ein Teil ist verloren gegangen. Ein T-Shirt für Kinder. Ich musste es trotzdem bezahlen, weil ich nicht beweisen konnte, dass ich es nicht habe. Inklusive Mahngebühren. Der Customer Service antwortet mit einem Wahnsinnsdelay oder einfach gar nicht mehr. Der schlimmste Customer Service ever. Einfach nicht hier bestellen! Niemals.

Awful customer service. Requested to return boardshorts over 2 months ago, after a month and about a hundred attempts to organise a pick up date, they were picked up (on the wrong date). It’s now 2 months later and no sign of a refund and they’ve ignored all my emails since the shorts were picked up, I’ve sent about 5 now, absolutely nothing back.

Hurley has tons of bad reviews. Please read before purchasing anything. This place is a scam.
I have been looking at Hurley’s merchandise and I saw a shirt I thought would be great. I ordered and the shirt was never was delivered.
Hurley basically said oh well, there is nothing they can do. I purchase everything online and never had an issue tracking down a package or getting a refund. First and last time I’ll order from Hurley.

Terrible company, STAY AWAY! They will not exchange a wetsuit for different size, want 20% restoking fee and I have to pay for my own label to ship it back. SCAMMERS!!!

After a wetsuit was received that didn't match the description online when I purchased it, the team at Hurley's support were thorough and professional. They resolved the situation to a positive outcome, sending out a replacement wetsuit of wonderful quality.
Faulty Wetsuit Delivered, No Reimbursement
I ordered a wetsuit from Hurley EU that was delivered with damage to the collar.
I requested to return the item which was agreed to.
The Hurley representative stated I would receive a full refund and a reimbursement of the return shipping costs.
Months later, I still have not received a reimbursement for the return shipping costs and my attempts to contact have been ignored.
Very poor after-purchase customer support.
