I purchased a bracelet from Hurley burley and loved it so much that I bought a few more, to wear as a stack. Yesterday, I was devastated when it broke and messaged customer service with little hope that the issue would be resolved (due to the fact I bought the bracelet in December). Jack in the customer service department contacted me the next day, I was delighted that he was able to resolve my issue in a swift and professional manner. If the bracelet cannot be fixed then it will be replaced - during this difficult financial time it means a lot to not have to worry about replacing it (as I love it so much that I may have had to!). Thank you for a high level of customer service and a beautiful product - will definitely be buying more.

My husband has ordered a necklace from you for his mum and asked for a C to be on the front in the Tiffany font. What you have sent is not the Tiffany font as seen in the photos and because it is rather curly it looks like an e! I am not really very happy with it considering it was much more expensive than others you see!
You are not answering your phones or emails! I have tried messaging you on Facebook and patiently await a response.

Outstanding service and quality product.
Outstanding service, less than 24 hours from order to delivery. I sent a message explaining this was for my sons 18th next week and asked if it was going to be late to let me know. Needn't have bothered, they replied to say it should be fine. After ordering I did look at this site and looked at the negatives, as we are in business ourselves I recognised the usual people who didn't do things in time and blame Hurley Burley man for the Royal Mail or didn't bother to read the listing fully. I cannot recommend them highly enough, lovely pair of personalised cufflinks, just hope the ungrateful git likes them.....

We bought a bracelet and it doesn’t look like the picture on the seller page, we asked for a refund and they won’t give it to us! It was embroiled but it doesn’t mean that you can return it if it doesn’t look like the picture on the seller page! Stay away from this company! This company have loads of bad reviews if only I knew about it! Etsy please take them down from your platform - don’t allow these businesses to rip off more customers! Customer service absolutely disgraceful- this chap called Jack (please change job) you are in the wrong field!

Pleased with purchase and service
Having read some of the reviews I was a little dubious although I needn’t have worried.. ordered a bracelet for my sons birthday, delighted with the product, arrived promptly with Royal Mail therefore very happy to use Hurley Burley (having never made a purchase with them before)

Outstanding!!
Nothing but praise for this wonderful company!!
I placed an order with them that was shipped out promptly. However, the order sat in a Royal Mail delivery office for almost a week.
I phoned Hurley Burley and spoke with Jack. He was extremely polite and helpful. He arranged for a replacement to be posted on a 24hr express delivery.
I received both items this morning (the original and the replacement)
Their customer service is second to none!! I'm amazed at the negative feedback on here as this company have been so wonderful with my issue.
Also, the item is extremely cute and will be treasured.

Ordered earrings for daughters…
Ordered earrings for daughters Christmas and they split just after about 3rd use, emailed did get response asking for order number then nothing else, exactly same as other review from Aiofe, beware everybody, cheap rubbish

FAULTY ITEM - SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I contacted Hurley Burley via email explaining, I had received a silver spinner’I Love You’ necklace as a birthday gift from my children, which has great sentimental value to me. The spinner is faulty and has fallen off twice. It took me two days to find it. As the item is faulty I asked to exchange it for a new one. I also sent pictures of the faulty/broken necklace.
I received a reply from Aoife asking for further info so she could help resolve my issue. I provided the order number, date of purchase etc. I heard nothing so sent another two emails- one week on still no reply! So I sent a third message. Aoife replied and claimed she hadn’t received any correspondence from me (even though she had already replied to my original message and requested further info!). Aoife proceeded to send a reply, saying ‘very sorry, the item is out of warranty so there’s nothing we can do’. I replied saying this wasn’t good enough and I wished to lodge a complaint- NO REPLY!
I’m sorry, but a good quality piece of jewellery should last a lifetime not a few months (especially as it’s only been worn a few times). So either the item is faulty or it’s poorly made tat? Either way, once they have your money they’re not interested. The most upsetting part is this was a gift from my children and had sentimental value, but Hurley Burley couldn’t care less! Customer service is SHOCKING, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Shocking service. Dont use them!
Placed a personalised order on 26th Dec 2022, paid extra for express delivery. It was my 1st present for the mother inlaw's bday. I got a notification from evri there has been a delay and they will be in touch. I rang hurleyburley on their tel. Numbers with no answer and sent several emails. 2 weeks later I get an email to asking the address. They said the postcode was wrong. I advised this wasn't the case as evri had been in touch and had already confirmed the address which was correct. All hurleyburley did was refund the delivery fee charge of £6.95. 5 weeks later still no product and been charged for it and no refund and no reply from hurleyburley. It has been a hassle and stressful situation not to mention the perception the inlaws now have of me.

Do not recommend. Poor service and quality.
Ordered a pair of earrings via Not on the high street on 11/12, and was promised delivery in time for Christmas. The order arrived on 15/12, but the seller had sent the wrong earrings. I messaged them and they got back to me saying they will send the correct pair out via 24hr shipping, which were dispatched on the 16/12. I didn't get any tracking info after messaging multiple times. They didn't arrive until 31/12.
The earrings are nice, but not very good quality. The first pair that were sent broke the first time my sister tried to wear them.
Would not recommend this company.

Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service.
Placed an order and realised that the incorrect delivery address was on the order. I messaged straight away (before 8am), I tried to call twice before 9.30am (no-one answered) I messaged again at 10.30am.
Finally received a response via message stating that it was too late and the order has been posted to the wrong address and that I didn't contact them intime. I placed the order before 7am and messaged before 8am!
Completely inefficent process of customer communication. I have paid for the item and will not receive it. Dreadful company.

If I could give zero, I would. Placed an order 14/12 via NOTHS and was advised arrival would be on 16/12. On 17/12 I checked the order tracking and it was at the couriers hub rather than at my local depot. Left it a couple of days, and it still hadn’t moved. Contacted this company and the reply I got was “we have taken lots of orders and are very busy, this is a very difficult time for us” - great, not really my problem if you took my order and promised it in good time. I was then told by another member of staff that all orders in the couriers system would be delivered before Xmas. It’s now 6th Jan and I still don’t have the product, I sent another email on 2nd Jan and still haven’t had a reply. Utterly shambolic, AVOID.

Excellent service and lovely products.
Surprised to read negative reviews here. Engraved silver heart pendant absolutely lovely, and minor issue dealt with swiftly and courteously by customer services. Would highly recommend based on two experiences of excellent personal service and gorgeous products.

Not received and terrible customer service
Ordered via Not on the High Street and received confirmation of despatch, with eta of 17th Dec. On Jan 3rd, still not arrived. Have contacted several times and no satisfactory response - including claiming that my order was placed 3 days after I received an email confirming depspatch. No update on courier website since 15th December.

Poor quality engraving
I bought a lovelyman's leather bracelet for a 21st birthday which I had the clasp engraved with initials, date of birth and a compass symbol. The bracelet is lovely but the engraving is terrible. The compass symbol (on one side of the clasp) is not centralised horizontally. The initials and DOB on the other side of the clasp are not centralised vertically. The photo of this initials and DOB engraving on the website shows the initials above the DOB in a much larger font which looks lovely. Much purchase was all engraved in the same size font and looks terrible. The engraving looks cheap and has totally ruined the bracelet. It would've been better without the engraving. I have sent photos to customer services who have said that the engraving is to standard and will not replace it. Please avoid getting anything engraved if you want the engraving as per website photos and to a quality standard - you will be disappointed.

The necklace clasp jammed shut.
The necklace clasp jammed shut the first time on so the necklace had to be cut off. It was Christmas Day and it was wanted for the 27th by a child, so I had it repaired locally. Tbh forgot I had complained to HB but when I got a reply was surprised they were offering to repair it. Surely a definite replacement offer was in order?

Poorly executed product which was meant to be a Christmas present, and even after several emails no correction of the engraving was offered, really poor customer service. Avoid!

Amazing. I have to say I think this company is…
I have to say I think this company is fantastic, the person dealing with my order was Aoife, if he's not a senior member of staff he should be.
I placed an order with a typo error, so they kindly took it back to
re-engrave, the replacement arrived, but incorrect.
Aoife arranged for a new item with correct engraving and arrived the next morning.
Aoife kept me updated at every step and was very patient with my constant email contact to him.
Thank you Aoife at Hurley Burley, you've been brilliant and because of your amazing help I will definitely recommend and use your company in the future.

Incorrect order sent and replacement is long overdue
My sister ordered my daughter an initial charm necklace for her birthday on 17/11/2022. HurleyBurley sent the wrong initial. The incorrect necklace was promptly returned but the replacement has still not arrived after more than 3 weeks and HurleyBurley has not replied to my sisters emails. I have a very disappointed daughter.
