DO NOT go anywhere near this ‘company’.
Avoid. Very temping advert on Facebook persuaded me to part with money I’ll expect to get back. No item after several weeks and no communication with an explanation from these frauds. Will keep pursuing.

AVOID!!! Delivery said 1-3 days, now they’re saying 3 weeks. Requested a refund which they are seemingly refusing to do!! Stating they will need to speak with management for the last week.

They advertised they had surplus stock which was driving a sale. Placed the order to then and it never arrived. Enquired about delivery date and advised that it would be 2 months before it was shipped.

I will update once I receive a refund.

Should be called the leak tub. Lose 50% of water nightly. Customer support was not helpful and you could tell they don't stand behind their product. Only buy if your okay with it leaking out of the support holes.

I bought this and wish I hadn’t bothered. Doesn’t keep temp of water low enough and the lid is hopeless as fills with water when raining. Have replaced with a proper ice bath. Save your money and buy alternative.

Awful company tub was leaking. On first assembly and when I tightened the tap it sheared off so I’ve never been able to use it at all. Despite not being fit for purpose they refused a replacement as I was past their 30 day guarantee period. Avoid at all costs. Customer services just ran me ragged. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Great quality product for the price, order arrived in 2 days. Really easy to set up and change the water with the tap. Re-usable ice cubes are really handy as well.

They send faulty products, take forever to respond to you, and in the end don’t refund or exchange. AVOID

Terrible product, came ripped and leaking so I emailed them right away. By the time I got a response from them they said that I was outside my 10 day money back period. They also said they can only take back a product that hasn’t been filled with water yet, but they told me to try taping the whole and filling it to see if it would stop the leak. So they told me to fill the tub but then wouldn’t give me a refund or exchange because I filled it?..

Initially good but when the inflatable ring started deflating on a daily basis we were told that the product only has a one month warranty! I gave the company every opportunity to offer me a replacement but their only answer was to send me their poor returns policy. Over the winter it was easy to maintain a low (9-10') temperature, but over the summer i could not freeze enough water to drop the temperature lower than the mains water temperature coming out of my tap. Overall summary, seemingly cheaper than others, but when you have to purchase something better in under 8 months it no longer seems like value for money. Interesting that their web site has only 5 star reviews, which is more interesting as you can not add one of your own! Poor product and even poorer customer service.

Purchased the ice bath 08/01/24, today is 09/02/24, no sight of the product, no links to the website work, cannot track product. No communication can be made. Money would lost but I bought on CCard.

Doesn’t come with a 12 month warranty.
Unfortunately I didn’t realise this when purchased and wrongly assumed it did come with a warranty like similar products on the market do, especially as similar price. Started leaking after four months but couldn’t identify where to try and repair it.
Contacted company but they won’t replace as doesn’t come with a warranty.

Virkelig dårlig kundeservice. Bestilte mit kar i november i forbindelse med Black Friday. Da jeg14 dage efter at have hentet pakken ville tage det i brug, var der hul i en svejsning. Jeg henvendte mig selvfølgelig til firmaet, og efter over en uge, klm de frem til at fordi jeg havde taget det i brug mere end 10 dage efter jeg havde hentet det, så var der ikke noget at gøre, og de ville ikke sende et nyt eller give penge tilbage eller nogen form for anden kompensation. Det er det dårligste firma jeg nogensinde har handlet med.

Do not touch this company. They do deliver the product and the customer service is non exsint DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you will regret it

The inflatable tube at the top came undone by the seams it must of been the glue solution that failed to hold it in place.

I requested a replacement and was give a url (pages/refund-policy) to a basic terms and conditions page saying they basically don’t accept refunds which in my eyes is just illegal based on uk consumer laws. I also wasn’t shown this on purchase of the product at the time.

Like other reviews avoid this brand. I have now purchased two from this firm and both are faulty. I have enjoyed the banter with customer service as they spiel out utter nonsense and stonewalling. Avoid.

Ordered on Black Friday 2 for 1 deal, sent one tub and said that they were out of stock. Asked to send the other one back then and was told that couldn’t as it was bought on offer even though they couldn’t fulfil the offer?? Avoid like the plague
