This is one of the worst products I’ve ever bought. The quality is horrible, I am sure it is a 15€ special from Ali Express with some branding, nothing more. I did not have the time/place to use it when it arrived, so I missed the 30 day return window. It was cheaply packaged, the pump that it comes with it pathetic to say the least, from the moment I inflated it the inflatable part was deformed, it leaks and it does not keep the water cool at all. The water went from 0-1 to 15 celsius in like 8 hours… It is so bad that I can’t stop laughing how easily those people are getting reach. Order a bunch of cheap tubs from China, charge 100+£ for it, plus the thermometer, plus the shipping and just print money

They are a brilliant team and very helpful especially Eev.The tub is brilliant and fantastic quality and I would recommend ice tub to anyone

Our Ice Tub Did arrive however it was a few months before we unpacked it and set it up. When we did we we're quite happy with it, but we've since learnt the inflatable parts don't stay inflated so have to be re-inflated whenever you use it. The main tap leaks too. I’d avoid buying from them. Based on the emails I’ve had we’re not the first to be trying to return hence not covering return postage, if they had confidence in the products they sell they wouldn’t argue about returns and postage.

Outer canvas ripped on first use. Promised replacement, although there were delays to replacements apparently. To the surprise of no one this turned into total silence. Really poor.

I paid for an icetub on the 13th of April and a month later still have not received my order I emailed two weeks ago and was told it would be sent shortly as they were in Dublin port.

Do not buy from this company. It is a cheap product probably imported from China on alibaba! It is essentially a paddling pool.

The pump is cheap (looks like something you’d pull out of a cracker), the drainage pipe is cheap and falls off.

The lid is completely not fit for purpose. The material isn’t suitable for covering garden furniture, let alone the “ice tub” Doesn’t fit, bugs get in it.

Customer service is dreadful, said they would send me a decent lid and I’ve been waiting 5 months, just get palmed off at every attempt of contacting them, saying their supplier has let them down.

Version 2 of ice-tub is 100% better. The material has a softer feel to it, the lid is reflective on the inside to improve insulation and the inflatable ring seems more sturdy and less likely to puncture, unlike my 1st ice-tub. Loving my tub.

After 3 weeks nothing had arrived, I contacted them to enquire and they did respond pretty quickly. Unfortunately it was just to say they would be shipping in early May once more stock arrived.

They claim it says under the "buy it now" button "on back order ships when in stock"...which is a lie.

Today April 8th 2023, it clearly says "in stock"....

I've asked for a refund, taking into account the number of bad reviews I'm happy....provided I get my refund that is.

There was a long wait until I received the icetub, when it did arrive I set it up and found that there was a major fault with the product, and it had to be returned.

I was extremly disappointed with that I received a faulty product, but the company did refund me for the icetub and the cost of returning it was also refunded.

Great service!! I originally ordered recovery pod from a different company and they had 4 month waiting list!! So I ordered from Ice Tub, it arrived the same week and is amazing... part if my daily routine now.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!I ordered there product almost a month ago now, had to pay customs here in France. The tub has still not been delivered. I’ve emailed them many times for a refund or send another tub bug got nothing back but blame on the delivery. I would not recommend these guys. Go to Lumi they’re way better

Beware of customs charges into EU, I unexpectedly had to pay €30 at the post office. Nothing about these charges on their website. Arrived a month after purchase, not 5-10 working days as it says on the website. All of that said the product itself is good.

The item has not arrived and ALL communication has been ignored. There's no number to call them and they send auto responses to emails and never follow up. AVOID.

Ice-tub.com has been a complete disappointment.

While they withdraw your money right your order is placed, their delivery time is really long.

They also fail to inform you that they are shipping from the UK, resulting in an additional payment of 40 euros upon delivery.

Finally when they promised a full refund, they still keep 20 euros.

I cannot recommend to anyone.

Faulty product ! Be warned you must pay to send it back! My ice bath top has a slow leak so the lid blows off and dirt gets into it. I was advised to purchase a puncture repair kit and fix it myself, I couldn’t find the leak as it’s slow and takes two days to go down so I have to pump it up every two days, customer service is a joke they only respond as first and I am gonna have to pay to send it back and get a refund, they say it’s normal for the air to leak !! The person who recommended it to me now has the same problem has lost the lid and the customer service is terrible !! Other products on the market WORK !!

It took a while to arrive, also the pricing is a bit sketchy with it being on 'sale' so frequently, the 50% off sale price is basically the normal price and quality wise, I think that's also what it's worth. Customer service was good and I'm very happy with having the tub on my balcony for easy ice baths!

There is room for improvement, the cover is a bit thin and flimsy and with a strong wind it will blow off (this happened already) so when it's windy I have to secure it with pegs or something like that, that should not be necessary.

Also note that it's shipped from UK so when you're in mainland Europe Import duties apply which in my cases added 21% to the price.

Amazing experience with cold therapy , really felt a difference with my first plunge this morning. Looking forward to tomorrow morning already. The tub is great , confortable , well designed. The cover is nice and tight.

Customer service was good. My main issue was inflating the tub, maybe user error but when I inflated it. It deflated so quick when I removed the inflator to put the plug in.

Tub size is perfect and comfortable to sit in and doesn't take up much space. Ideal for someone who doesn't have access to safe open water near by.

Big enough and very comfortable. The temperature was 3o celsius ! The next was still pretty cold. I am very satisfied

All good, though additional 40EUR duties I had to pay upon delivery to Poland. I guess it would be worth mentioning somewhere during the order processing - I was not aware of them.
