Thank you for your honest feedback.
We’re glad to hear you were satisfied with our service and shipping process. However, we truly regret the issue you experienced with French customs.
Unfortunately, local customs regulations—especially regarding tobacco products—are beyond our control. As stated in our shipping policy, we can only offer refunds if the package is returned to us, which is not possible in the event of a seizure. We completely understand how frustrating that can be and genuinely wish there were a way around it.
We appreciate you taking the time to inform other customers, and we hope that in the future regulations may change to make these products more accessible.
If you ever have questions before placing an order or need assistance with alternative products, feel free to reach out to our support team. We’re always here to help.

Fake, Lies, Dishonest company
People don’t shop here at all there disgusting people if ur packaging doesn’t get delivered they will not give no type of refund or send u another product out they will blame it on the postage people. They claim to be a great company when it comes to replacing anything that has not got delivered to you well that’s a lie, they won’t do any of that.

We sincerely apologize and are very sorry that this situation has caused frustration. As we’ve previously explained, this is not a simple case of a lost package—according to the USPS tracking information, the order was marked as delivered. We fully understand that you’re claiming it was not received, but when a package is scanned as delivered, it limits the actions we can take without further investigation.
We did offer to file a claim with USPS on your behalf, but you chose not to proceed at the time. That option is still open—if you’d prefer for us to move forward with the claim, we’re more than willing to assist. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.

Great hookah! Need Tutorial Videos
The product itself is great! Especially for the price I paid. However, as a first time owner of a hookah I wish there was a tutorial on how to put it together. All the videos I found online were for the more advanced hookah’s.

hank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you’re happy with the product and that you found it to be a great value.
We understand that assembling a hookah for the first time can be a bit challenging, and we appreciate your suggestion. While we don’t currently have a dedicated tutorial, we’d be happy to guide you through the setup process. Let us know if you need step-by-step instructions, and we can provide detailed guidance.
We also appreciate your input and will consider creating a beginner-friendly tutorial to help first-time owners like yourself. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
Knowingly Sent Wrong Product
Ordered shisha that showed as in-stock on the website, but was knowingly sent the wrong kind. I wouldn't have minded it if they simply cancelled the ordered or had contacted me before switching the product, but they chose to inconvenience me with having to return the product. The only reason I don't give them 1 star is that they were at least nice about it and didn't try to charge me for a restocking fee.
