You do well on your own time delivery and when a package is bad for a long time with that and service is great

Very great customer service and products are quality!

I bought a hookah as an anniversary gift due to a shared love of Hookah. I bought the stem from a different company and wanted a base that was fitting for the hookah. I wanted it to be a surprise, I made all of the plans, paid extra for a few items to be shipped express. I received the item on time…. Except it was not what I ordered. I contacted customer service who did not respond for 2 days which is fine. It was the weekend. They offered a partial refund. I said no, that I wanted what I ordered so it could match the stem. They didn’t respond. I messaged again. No response. And again each day. I was kind and polite. Until now. I just want what I ordered. And they refuse to contact me back or make what THEY messed up right. I’m not asking for anything except what I paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care and they will steal your money. They ruined the gift and did not care.

Good products, price and shipping

I sent email to email hello@iconhookah but no one even cared and replied to me.

Great product product availability. Arrived quickly and intact. Awesome overall experience! Will buy again and refer to my folks.

I have not received the package yet, the tracking number showing that is still in Egypt from 4th of July?

Very good tobacco. Came quickly. Everything is O.K

Great customer support. Excellent products. No complaints.

The delivery was fast, I am supper happy about that!
The only thing which made me upset is that one kind of tobacco was completely sold out😄

One of the coolest things I’ve ever bought.

Great product. Timely shipping. Really happy with the purchase.

Love it! and I love the way u guys shipping to internationally using USPS, that make customer guaranteed safe and calm waiting!

Great products, great pricing and fast shipping. I have made several purchases from Icon and will continue to.

I like the company but my only problem was I paid for faster shipping and didn’t get it by the day that I needed.

I had to place a rush order for some items with Icon for an event I was hosting after another online hookah supply shop ripped me off (AJ Hookah are scam artists). I called ahead before placing my order and was assured it would be shipped the same day. It was. Icon came through with flying colors and I'm genuinely grateful for their reliable service.
