Annual boiler service
We were originally contacted by Ideal Heating notifying us that our annual service was due. One call to ideal and a convenient date was arranged.
The engineer called us first thing in the morning and gave us an estimated time of arrival, which was duly achieved.
The work was done quickly and professionally and everything was done to our satisfaction.
All in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend Ideal for their professionalism and courtesy.

Boiler repair under warranty
Had an issue with a 6 year old boiler that was still under warranty. The process of contacting ideal and then sending someone out was so simple.
I got a call on the day with the time the engineer was calling and he called soon after.
He was very friendly, professional & informative and fixed our issue. We now have central heating again!

Very nice friendly and honest people
Very nice friendly and honest people. Kept us well informed every step of the way. The Engineer was polite and respectful. Found our problem quickly and fixed it within 30 minutes. And made sure everything was running properly before he left. All in all a good experience. Would recommend ideal to anyone.

Quick response . Called ideal customer service about an issue with my under warranty boiler and 2 days later had an engineer over , looking at it and replaced the noisy fan .
