Good accurate updates for both appointment arrival. Efficient service. Very fast return appointment for extra parts we needed. This is a great company to deal with. From my first contact to arrange service i felt valued and was so easy to book my appointment. Very stress free So pleased we have a service contract with such a reliable company.

I can not fault the actual plumbers, I have met a few, and all are lovely, polite and efficient.
But each time they have been called I have had to wait 4 days for them to arrive! And that can be very cold. Shame on the actual company 😕

The engineer didn't arrive on the day arranged. He didn't notify either me or Ideal that he was unable to commit to work that day. It is especially annoying as being self employed I lost a day's income unnecessarily. It is a shame because the next engineer arrived, as agreed , and communicated his time of arrival and fixed the boiler. Had it not been for the above Ideal would have received 5*****

Excellent service from the call handler to the technician/engineer that attended to rectify my boiler issue, the booking process was simple and the time slot was only a 48hr turnaround. The technician/engineer was friendly, polite and carried out his work efficiently.

Engineer was punctual, fixed the issue quickly and was very clean and tidy in his work. His interest and pride in his work was evident! Very good customer service!

Got an apt quickly. Only disappointing thing was tried to book a service on several occasions but when I called up was told no services till after Feb as too busy. May be an idea to send out reminders with dates when can book what.
