Very nice friendly and honest people
Very nice friendly and honest people. Kept us well informed every step of the way. The Engineer was polite and respectful. Found our problem quickly and fixed it within 30 minutes. And made sure everything was running properly before he left. All in all a good experience. Would recommend ideal to anyone.

Some work was needed to my boiler which is over 9 years into the warranty period. Phase one of the work was carried out by Mathew their service engineer on Tuesday and further works are planned later in the week on Thursday.
The engineer arrived on time, clearly explained what was happening and is a very good ambassador for your company.
