Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. Message for pickup on confirmation email is misleading. Was told to drive and wait in car for the item to be loaded into the car and strictly not allowed to get out of your vehicle. My husband waited half and hour in the pick up blue canopy no one bothered to ask why he was parked there. He had to get out and go walk about away from the pickup location and find the reception at the back of building to get the item we bought. Very unreliable and will not recommend to my friends.

the service is the best…

The service is good. I have made an order but for some reason then I have to cancel it, I called the center and do it easily. Then I got the refound on the second day. The service is great!

Decent quality for price

Decent quality for price. Plenty of spare screws and nuts. Easy enough to assemble.

Using with a screenmount - metal bar was too wide for clamp to close past so added some wood spacers at same height to allow mount usage.

A bit rickety on the non bookshelf side - would have benefitted from another crossbeam on this side. Overall am satisfied with product.

The REFUND Process is terrible

The REFUND Process is terrible. I was supposed to be refunded on Sep 24,2021 and to this date Nov 2 have not received any refund. They are waiting for their bank to explain the delay in transaction rather than meeting standard refund expectations. They should have transferred money to buyer and then claim against their bank for amount owing them. The buyer is not responsible for any delays and yet suffers from something beyond their control. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I will post the same to IKEA so they know their retail provider has poor systems in place. Have called and emailed IDIYA several times and they have even asked me to call their bank on their behalf for assistance Unbelievable.

Sorry to see that , it has been quite an investigation and I can understand customers dissatisfaction.
We have refunded this on the same day as requested the 24th September and provided the copy of refund . When the customer complained that its not received, we did follow up with bank and payment gateway provider. We cced the customer in entire communication as well. After final investigation it was informed by the payment gateway provider that it was infact refunded to customer on 24th September .They also requested customer to check their bank statement of September as well as October .
Hope now they have " found " the refund , if not then they should be chasing their bank for a " charge back " .

We also advised customer to contact his bank simultaneously to check at that end as well ( contact their bank ,, not our bank, customer was understandably reluctant to do that as he is perceiving that we are asking to contact our bank , this could be the misunderstanding )

Its not a terrible service when a refund was made same day as requested and all follow up were transparent and concluded with the fact that infact refund did go through and its upto customer to check his bank statements and initiate a " charge back " if required.

All being said , we are still available to any more support the customer needs to get this corrected .

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. Ordered four cushions that were listed in stock. Took them two weeks to ship them out and when I finally received the parcel today, two of the cushions were missing. No explanation whatsoever. Don't bother buying from them.

Sorry for confusion on this , the customer care employee did left messages on your phone before posting out 2 cushions instead of 4 . Clearly she could have done better . Hope you got the refund as well.
