Fitted new boiler within a couple of days of our old boiler breaking down. Excellent service & would definitely recommend this company.

Ignite Plumbing were able to service my boiler at short notice and carried out a very professional service, providing all the relevant certification required. Myself, as an Engineering Quality Manager in industry would certainly recommend them.

I am delighted with the job that has been done. My floors and walls are slowly drying out. The engineer was very professional during both visits (initial assessment and final fix), detailing everything he was doing and explaining his thoughts on the situation. He managed to carry out the work with very little upheaval and left everything exactly as it was before he arrived. I was delighted that he was able to do this without damaging walls or removing tiles which I thought may have needed to happen.
I was a little disappointed by the lack of communication between the first visit and the second visit from the company as I had no idea when my leak would be fixed or the damage it was doing and this was a huge concern for me. It was almost a month before I received a quote. Some acknowledgement of the job and idea of timescale would have made it better for me.
However, overall I am very pleased with the work that was done and would definitely use Ignite plumbing again.

Booked a service for my hot water cylinder, not many other companies offer this service. Engineer was really helpful, talked me through how to change temperature on the cylinder and how it worked in general. Service done without problem and a decent price. Highly recommend.

Gas Engineer arrived within the allocated 2 hour time slot and also messaged in advance to confirm his arrival. Work was carried out promptly, carefully and to a high standard. Very happy with the whole experience!

My central heating water was well overdue a change. Having looked around for quotes, Ignite provided a competitive price. Ian from the team came out, adding chemicals the previous week and then flushed the system yesterday. It took longer than anticipated to ensure my water was clear of the black oil like water within. Thank you for being attentive and patient - must have been boarding watching water flow into a bucket for several hours. I now have a more efficient boiler and clean water within. Great service ! Had a new boiler & radiators installed, and an old gas fire removed. Received a fabulous service from start to finish and would definitely recommend Ignite. They went out their way to accommodate my needs, taking radiators off whilst I decorated then returned to replace the new ones. Ignite plumbing were excellent to deal with, They were very quick to respond to to my enquiry to have my broken electric shower replaced and gave me a reasonable quote . Plumber was very professional, turned up on time and did the job to a very High standard. I contacted this firm in the morning & a lovely young man arrived in the afternoon & fixed the problem.not only did he solve the problem but dried & cleaned the area he was working in.The price of the job was much cheaper than I expected & should I have any plumming problem I would 100% use them again
