Really happy with my purchase. It was exactly as described on the website. It arrived very promptly and was very easy to set up. The app is very user friendly & I really like the protective settings. It’s exactly what we wanted. A safe & easy way for our daughter to contact me or her Dad and us to contact her without the additional concerns of a smart phone. Most importantly my daughter loves it!

Die Uhr hält was es verspricht. Die Ortung funktioniert einwandfrei ebenso wie das telefonieren. Der Akku hält zwischen 2-3 Tage. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Terrible service Via Imoo. I purchased this watch 3 months ago and it’s been nothing but trouble. Most important features do not work.
I contacted Imoo and they have provided me with the worst customer service. All they are doing is going round in circles to avoid me returning the watch for a refund. It’s useless as we are unable to use it…. Don’t buy

selling faulty product do not waste money on this product

my daughter just had the watch for a week and just stopped working right after went swimming.
Contacted imoo customer service and they told me it is not water proof and only limited water resistant. The office said it is Not advisable to swim with it although the advertised otherwise.
Do Not waste your money on this and customer service is horrible took 2 months after multiple emails to reach them.

Really great option for kids who are too young for a phone but want to be able to keep in touch with parents. Easy set up and call and video quality is great. GPS tracker is also really useful to keep track of where kids are when out playing.
Also find security features like blocking unknown callers great.
Customer service via WhatsApp was also really efficient and helpful. Highly recommend!

La verdad que es una marca que responde enseguida, si tienes algún problema o más bien consulta. Un envío muy rápido, pero sobretodo la calidad del reloj, todos sus accesorios posibles que tiene y además todas las características que hay en el reloj, como la localización tan exacta, el poder saber quién llama o quien escribe a tus hijos... tenemos dos relojes y nos encantan. Es la alternativa al móvil para los niños👏🏽💕
