Imperial Ride Avaliações

Great service! Very accommodating and helpful during our last minute travel.

Sammy was great and took really good care of us on both trips!!!

Excellent service on our trip to Claridges for my mothers birthday.
Our driver make my mother feel very special, and definitely added to
our special day.
The car was beautiful , and it was as if nothing was too much trouble.
would highly recommend Imperial Ride

Good time keeping. Drivers were respectful and patient. Overall good experience.

Punctual, professional service

This company is my go to if I ever need a car. They are on time, polite and professional. Also if you need to speak to someone to amend the booking or ask any questions they are all really polite and professional. I had to amend my booking at short notice and they were able to accommodate me with no issues or fuss.

Highly professional service. Have used multiple times and will continue to do so.

Driver had to clear his own rubbish out of boot to put our cases in, air on not on, driver asking fairly personal questions to talk on way there. Couldn't find address despite having post code and map, definitely didn’t feel like an imperial experience. To be fair an Uber Prius would have been just as good.

Excellent service , professional drivers who pay attention to detail

Due to a last minute cancellation of our previous arrangement, we contacted Imperial who were fast and efficient! We are a family of 4 and we’re carrying 9 suitcases at that time! They accommodated us nicely and professionally even with an hour’s notice! Superb!

First day, driver was late, but was understood due to no parking space. However, driver called and arranged necessary things. Second, third and other days were arranged quite OK and smotthly. Excellent service!

I used them as a shuttle mini bus between the two venues for a ceremony. The whole experience was smooth. The drivers were very professional.

On time, great driving skills, and highly professional service.

Driver was very courteous and helpful and his driving was of a very high quality

The flight was delayed and then baggage was further delayed. However, the chauffeur waited patiently and was understanding of the situation. He also understood the roads well and manuevered around traffic prone areas to reach destination quickly. Also, was efficient in loading and unloading the suitcases (6) pretty quickly and efficiently.

Very professional service, love!

All perfect and on time

Excellent service. Efficient organisation and great driver. Would highly recommend.
