Worst company ever to deal with
Worst company ever to deal with. I got this card to rebuild my credit once my credit was above 700. They started to charge me an annual fee of $79 a year from the $39 previously. I never used the card not even once and one month I see $3 charge. Didn’t think much pid it and next month I see the same charge. I called and asked why they said now they charge $99 yearly and $3 monthly for the card. A total of $135 a year for a card I don’t use with a measly $300 limit. I currently have cards with $10k credit limit and didn’t need this card. I called to try to maybe negotiate no fee card but instead they closed my account. I’m sure this will bring down my credit score. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE CROOKS

Got a preapproved letter stating no fees no annual fee for first year so got approved recieved the card today and decided I should check the balance before I activate the card $175 charge on it for first year was told nothing they could do but said they could credit $25 back right away closed the account right away . Stay away definitely scamming people
Don't feel safe giving them info
I received a pre approval for $1500, no fees. Applied online. Threw me out. Since SSN and other personal info made me nervous. Took a long time to find phone #. Called and was told to mail copy of my ID. MAIL??? No email. Not going any further if their systems are so antiquated that they don't have email and system throws out you out, phone# hard to find, don't trust them.

Thinking back, getting my Celtic,Indigo, credit card was one of worst credit card decisions I’ve ever made. It would have been cheaper to get money from a loan shark!I was paying a monthly fee from a company 29.95,using the Celtic card. I tried to cancel this service but between Celtic card and the company, I couldn’t get the service canceled. So,in November of 2022, I paid off the debt owed to Celtic and canceled the Celtic credit card. They said I owed nothing more. I got a phone call from them in April of 2023 stating I was behind on my payments. What payment I ask- the account was closed last year. They continued to pay this monthly charge to the other company even though my Celtic account was closed. I called them a dozen times, ending with them turning it over to a collection company. Celtic indigo,in my opinion, is a predatory lender. In January of this year, after dispute after dispute, I just paid the collection company. The government needs to protect its citizens from lenders like indigo.

I closed my account after 2 years due high anual fee and now a 3.00 a month auto charge so you now have to make a payment every month i do not rcommend this card to anyone stay away beware this is a bad card.

These people are totally unfair - you get a letter in mail in plain envelope that most people would ignore because of the junk mail letting you know your interest rate is going up substantially if you don’t contact them within 10 days - what an unfair practice

Run!! Away from this card. My credit limit is increasing faster now that I’m not paying it. I told them. they will not get a dollar out of me Scam. They will not take your payment. They will wait for a whole month to withdraw your money. Just to make it seem like it’s your fault and now they have to shut it off. But will keep charging you interest. Then increase your limit 40$ at a time so they can charge you interest. Crazy company

This is the absolute worst credit card company I have ever dealt with.
They said 7-14 days to ship me card. Never received card. Called 14 days later, they said address was wrong and told me to change address in app. I did. 14 days later finally got card, activated it, went to use it next day, declined. They closed the card due to suspicious activity because my address was changed when they specifically told me to change the address. There is no recourse, card is permanently closed, and I have to reapply in 30 days which i most certainly will not be doing. What a scam.
Zero Stars if I Could…
I wish I could give Indigo Credit Card zero stars. I made my payment on December 26th, and instead of processing it, they put my account into a negative balance for the amount I paid. Then they told me they wouldn’t process the payment until January 3rd, even though they’ve already taken the money from my bank account!
When I called, their representative said they needed to "verify the funds are available." What? My bank already allowed you to process the payment—doesn’t that confirm the funds are there?
Now I have to wait a full week to access the money they’ve already taken from me. Luckily, I didn’t need to use the card urgently, as I’m only using it to build credit by paying off my balance weekly. But this is completely unacceptable.
Indigo Credit Card is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking for a card to build credit, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This level of incompetence and poor customer service isn’t worth it.
High misleading annual fee…
High misleading annual fee representative are very rude barely speak. English one hung up on me. The other one was spoke to me very rudely. Had to call and speak to several representatives after account was closed before I finished the final confirmation and checked to make sure fee would not be charged to me since I never used card.
Constant spam and phishing emails
I'm getting at least a dozen spam emails a day asking me to apply for this card. I'm tired of it.
Indigo MasterCard is directly connected to collection agencies TransUnion specifically and reporting bad credit history
I applied for the indigo card and my credit prior was $620 afterwards I received a letter in the mail telling me that my credit is 230 and I know that it was at 600 because I had just a week before I got in a credit card from navy federal however I am going to take them to court this is ridiculous
So first off this card sucks
So first off this card sucks. I try to use it then it won't work. I call them up and there is a block. I get the block off and use it. Then I go to pay my bills I accidentally pay it twice so now im I'm the positive. I go to spend the money I overpaid and it won't work. I call them up to find out why and they say my account is closed. The system closed my account. Mind you I have extra money in my account. They can't answer why it was closed. If I would've never called they would've just kept my money. Then they said they will cut me a check that won't be here for 45 days. Now I have to figure out how to pay a bill I was going to use my extra money to use to pay it. It's frustrating

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid $175 for the annual fee, and made $100 purchase on top of that, I paid the card off in full and they closed my account saying I had suspicious activity and will not refund me. I called and got no help from representative they basically robbed me of the annual fee.

What an insult the 35.9% apr. is that in its self is a reason never get it. 21% is bad enough in years past for for a high interest rate but this is fing ridiculous. This is a targeted abuse

I was happy to get this card and it was a win win for both. I charged and they got paid. No missed payments and credit scored rosed. Then out of nowhere a get a letter saying my interest was going from 30%to 35.9 and was going to start charging a 7 fee.
This is nothing more than a company getting greedy.
I gladly closed my account and felt great about it
