Orders merchandise
Orders merchandise. They send no email verification that you ordered anything. Then after a week off then having your money with no merchandise. They don't feel is important to communicate with their customers that they haven't shipped anything yet. Or printed a shipping label for your product. You will have to get in touch with them horrible customer service practices.

We bought a Gdash pen from them. It finally arrived and all seemed ok until we went to register the product. The manufacturer claimed it is a knock off and not a real one. I have tried several times to contact this company and they never respond.

I am only giving this company 1 star because there is no option for negative stars. I purchased a glass product from the company on December 20th 2024. I received it broken. The first thing I did was take pictures and send them to their support. I followed up a couple of weeks later with a phone call. Never received a email or phone response. It is now June and after MANY attempts to contact this company without any response. I would NEVER do any business with them. They do not stand by their product or follow up with customers!!!
