I bought a JBL headphones and was told…
I bought a JBL headphones and was told by the sales assistant at InMotion Terminal 2 that should they not be suitable, I would be able to return them provided they are done so within 30 days and that I have the receipt to go with it. No caveat for returns mentioned to me by the sales assistant.
I open the box and after less than 29 mins use find them unsuitable so put them away. Upon return to the UK, I contact InMotion with a view to returning them and am told that they can only be returned if unopened.
I’d stay away from this ripoff place as they’re quite happy to misrepresent / mislead to make a sale.
Absolutely amazing
They went above and beyond to help me out, were friendly to the max, and I ended up with a solution to my issue that was better than I could've dreamt of. Honestly, have never seen such amazing customer service.

Faulty iPhone 16 shipped back to the UK, no answer
3 weeks ago, I bought a brand new iPhone 16 at the airport in Copenhagen, Denmark. Device was faulty, there's no local/ European customer service, contacting the store at the airport didn't help, apparently they have no connection with customer service in the UK. It was hard to get hold of a contact (can only be done by mail). Had to ship the device to the UK, it was received 5 days ago and still no answer. We're not buying peanuts here, these are expensive electronics. This business shouldn't be allowed to operate in the EU if they can't provide EU based customer support (the device was hold for 3 days in customs when shipped back). Not having a phone for this entire time it's a real hassle.

Shocking. Will not refund.
Was advised by the sales person at Gatwick Airport that if the item was not suitable, it could be returned for a refund upon my return. Unused item, followed in motions procedure, but they will not accept a refund.

Louise in Customer Services has been brilliant
I bought a power block that stopped charging after a few days. Stupidly I hadn't saved the receipt or the packaging. However Louise in customer service has been amazing. I gave her the place and rough date and time of the purchase. She tracked it down, sent me the returns form, acknowledged receipt of the return, and then emailed to let me know the finance department were trying to contact me to arrange the refund. Really great and efficient correspondence.
I bought powerbank but returned it
I bought powerbank but returned it. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I called them but they didn't answer my phone and emailed but they didn't reply. I don't recommend buying anything from this store.

Only one side working!
Bought the wired headphones in the airport just before my flight. Fresh out of the packet, only one side was producing sound. I realised the wire has to be bent in a certain orientation in order to get both sides working. Really not what you want out of a pair of headphones
