Great after sales service when I purchased the wrong product from an airport store.
Great Customer Services team, Poor product

The issue was then resolved and I was satisfied with the outcome.

The product was excellent, but not the sales staff
The product was excellent, but the sales staff lied when they said we would have support in Portugal, but when we had a problem we had to send the product back to the UK and couldn't get a replacement only a refund.
Customer services were helpful, but we wouldn't have brought the product if we knew we couldn't have got support in Portugal where we live.
Lack of trustworthy service at Imototion - Gatwick Airport
I was in a hurry to catch a flight at Gatwick Airport and urgently needed a laptop charger. I asked a staff member for assistance. They recommended a charger priced at around £75, which I trusted and purchased. However, I later discovered it was only 35W, while my laptop requires a 65W charger to function properly.
This is completely unacceptable. How can such a lack of knowledge and professionalism be allowed at a major international airport like Gatwick? Travellers are often in stressful situations and rely on trustworthy advice and quality products. This experience felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of passengers. Gatwick management needs to address this issue to ensure better service and accountability in the future.
Update on the 6 April 2025: After my first review, they apologised -as you see below - and asked me to email them for a refund. I did — and never heard back.
This is the second time they’ve let me down. Empty promises, no follow-through. Clearly not a company you can trust.

Flew out yet again from Manchester …
Flew out yet again from Manchester Terminal 2 and in a prior review I mentioned the customer service borders on harassment. This is still a huge issue and I observed the same thing happening with other customers- being roped into being shown how products work that I glanced at or being asked multiple times how I can be helped. I was told this would be looked into as a training issue but clearly the message hasn't been passed on.

Asked for a copy of a receipt for a purchase I made some months ago for an insurance claim. Louise was incredible and so so efficient.
All was dealt with in under a few hours. Thank you again.
V. difficult to get VAT receipt. Terrible attention to customer
I bought a pair of headphones from Stansted airport, and was assured getting a VAT receipt would be a simple undertaking. I emailed them and received a reply within 20 minutes asking for more information, which i provided less than 10 minutes later. I emailed them again asking why I had not received it after 3 weeks, to which they said I had not sent the requested details. I have now sent 3 further emails without reply... There is no phone number to call. I certainly would not recommend shopping here if you might need to follow up for anything.

Quickly Resolved issue.

The company was very helpful, responsive and polite. haven’t given it the full five stars only because it was frustrating for me to have to package up the return item, take photos, ask for proof of sending receipts and then attaching said photos to an email to the company as proof of return. The whole process took about a week to complete and there was added waiting time until the refund came through into my account. I’m not blaming the company, I understand there’s a process but it all was so time-consuming.
