Earphones Didn't work ,They worked in…
Earphones Didn't work ,They worked in the store for hot second, by the time I got on my flight, they weren't working at all. I spent my entire trip with no earphones. Don't buy anything from these people. They know you won't be back so they don't care if whatever they sell doesn't work. Not to mention they are triple the price. So basically you just throw away money. The Miami Airport store is the worst. And the people act like they don't want to be bothered anyway.

I was very pleased at the way my complaint about the broken headphones was handled. Especially after only having used them only a hand full of times. The refund was handled well and also receiving back the postage amount as well.

Had an issue with a faulty product, had to return to InMotion, but P&P reimbursed and also received a full credit for the item.
Outstanding After Sales Service
The after sales service was outstanding. One of the EarPods I had bought at the airport wasn't charging. The service team asked for the product to be returned to them and in a matter of a few days, I was refunded for the original purchase and the postage incurred.

Terrible customer service, bought AirPods tried on and did not like. Asked about returning (5 days after buying) got told to send photos of headphones and receipt, sent them over the. Got told that there was no fault so no refund

really good customer service with some…
really good customer service with some minor improvements.
I had a pair of headphones that broke quickly after buying. Customer service team were quick to respond after emailing, they sent out a freepost returns label and organised a callback for repayment onto my card and called on time as well.
Only improvement is maybe having a returns form online as it felt like a barrier but once I got talking to someone from the team it was incredible smooth!
Bought a pair of earphones at Gatwick…
Bought a pair of earphones at Gatwick which turned out to be faulty. On return to uk went to my WH Smith store to get a refund. That’s not possible,either return to Gatwick, I wish, or go through inmotion website. After a week of backwards and forwards and after advising I was taking this matter further, all of a sudden I was given a postal address to return and after a further 5 days got a full refund. Surely if you purchase airside from a high street company and the product is faulty you should be able to return to your local store, WH Smith’s, take advise on board. I certainly will not be purchasing again from you at an airport.

Rapid response from customer service but the returns / refund process for a non functioning items was multi stepped & it makes me less inclined to buy at the airport.

Spectacular customer service
I went into INMOTION at north terminal Gatwick airport. I wasn’t wishing to purchase anything but needed a bit of tech advice regarding my malfunction phone. The wonderful Abs took time to help resolve the issue with help and a smile. No attempt whatsoever to sell me anything, just courtesy, consideration and a “can do” attitude.

Great customer service when something i purchased was faulty. This was particularly impressive in that I had lost the receipt. The team were able to track down my purchase details outside the UK (I purchased in the airport while leaving). Thank you.

Only that this form does not allow the true date of the experience because it starts after today! Also there was no instruction in the e mail about title!

I purchased an item that’s turned out to be faulty. The after sales service via WhatsApp worked really well. When it was agreed I needed to return the item, a free post address was provided. Upon receipt I was told a refund would be issued and specifically who would call me. In summary excellent service, my only slight disappointment is that I will have liked a replacement item, but this was not an option.
