Excellent buds
I have a 50% hearing loss, and good ear buds that work (even expensive ones) are very difficult to find.
I mislaid my Apple Buds and purchased an Inmotion pair from WH Smith in Paddington Station.
Wow! These turn out to be the best buds I have ever owned. They are so loud even I have to turn down the volume. And they cost £150 less than Apple's offering.
Protocol for purchasing outside UK
Thankfully I had not used or discarded my packaging and receipts. I would have preferred to have been offered the option to submit all of the above where I purchased and live but this was not an option.
Having said that because I had all my information and timing was within the required return the process was successful. It just took a little more time and administration to fulfill.

Unclear details
When my device turned out to be faulty I attempted to contact customer services via the details on the receipt but didn't get a reply to my email. Eventually I found the correct method via a Google search after which my case was dealt with promptly. It was also unfortunate that I would have preferred a replacement item but customer services could only refund me my purchase cost plus postage

Refund was processed quite quickly and without much hassle although did take quite some time to get a first response.
Advise is to email, but after no response from any emails in over a month went via live chat and from there the refund was processed

Inmotion have a generous returns process - I shipped a brand new unopened ipad back and all was well - I appreciate using my own shipping method so splashed out for insured and tracked and got notification it was delivered and signed for... all good... took picures and was in communication with the customer service agent... then it all went wrong.
They appeared to have 'lost it' in the warehouse, it several weeks went past with e-mails from myself asking for updates and no replies -- they ghosted me, no phone numbers to call, nothing.
I had to raise complaints and escalations which was extremely frustrating as 'It's not our department' answers came thick and fast. I started a process through my credit card after 3 weeks to get a refund, I informed them of this and they magically 'found it' once I had them back in the chain the refund came fast.

The most dishonest returns policy
Horrendous horrendous experience with getting a refund after returning an unused product. Please do not use inmotion. It took several months and as many email chases to get the refund. This company will do anything to hold on to your money. I therefore appeal to the public that should you be in an airport terminal and see an inmotion store - please keep walking!

Zero customer service
Zero customer service, I’ve filled in 2 online forms and contacted the customer service email, no response over 2 weeks.
Really poor. Would never buy from InMotion again. Avoid.

Avoid this company like the plague!!!
I bought a Gopro 12 Max at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 to take to Mexico on holiday. It will not record any sound.
I filled out their online form and got no reply.
I emailed to their UK Customer service and got no reply.
I whats appd them and got a chatbot, got no reply from any agent.
I am now going to refund via Heathrow Airport directly. If that fails I will do a chargeback via my bank.
What a complete joke of a company, they took the money and will do nothing and not even respond!
Avoid like the plague!!!

Trasparenza, questa sconosciuta. Entro per acquistare un iphone 15, prezzo di listino vantaggioso. E peccato che però sarei costretto ad acquistare anche due accessori, per me completamente inutili. E non é neanche scritto. Mah!

I purchased an AirPods in Dublin…
I purchased an AirPods in Dublin airport as a present for my daughter but I wanted return it because my daughter had purchased another one of her own choice already, therefore, in order to return the item and request the refund considering that I live in UK I had to exchange several emails and send the proof but I should say that always I’ve been treated kindly so all the process went smoothly.
